Jack in the Box, Colton CA

I actually got my correct order this time. The restaurant area was messy, but we were there when they were about to close the dining area. I'm happy about the food being fresh and hot.

Not good. Incomplete order given. Asking for payment that already paid online. Servers in drive thru ignores customers for lackings in the order they gave ~ they just after the payment which isServers next time be really careful on how you talk & served your customersNOT RECOMENDABLE SERVICE AT ALL.

I was literally the last person in line and I was told to park in the front by doing that it’s just complicates trying to cut into the Starbucks line just to circle back around for food I could just waited for at the drive thru had to wait a extra 10 minutes

Update ive been frequently visting this jack in the box and been presently surprised then most recently had an issue and came in and spoke to Jason I'm assuming the store manager he was extremely friendly and addressed and fixed my issue immediately. Nice change to see a manager with customer service skills. I would assume the the reason why this jack in the box is going up in service in quality is due to Jason and properly leading his team. Whoever the owner of this jack in the box is please notice what an asset you have, especially in these times where customer service is dying. Updated to 5 stars

Apparently closes whenever they feel like it been there multiple times all lights on menus on but a cone in the drive thru and not a soul in sight all doors locked no one answered phone no signs posted about why the unexpected closure. Have actual paid for my meal thru the app and went to pick up up before only to find they are randomly closed waiting to see how I get refunded very frustrating. Btw the most recent was 8pm on a Sunday when the hours say 10pm at least shut down the system so people can't place orders.

I don't understand why on these fast food restaurants that food is always cold jack, McDonald's. But the Habit fast food restaurants food is always hot.

Carmen, the manager, is very wonderful. Someone from corporate was in the restaurant and I felt disrespected in how they treated me - I was ready to leave angry and hungry, but I spoke to the manager, Carmen, who provided me with information, and listened and apologized (it was not her fault at all). She ended up getting me to stay by listening and doing everything she could to resolve. Come by for a welcoming experience. Thanks Carmen

This old lady at the drive thru line was so disrespectful. She was speaking to another girl in Spanish and kept giving me the side eye

Walkins are not valued here. Went in to order my food, stood in line for a good 10 minutes was never acknowledged once! Wasn’t till I spoke up asking if only drive thru was open that I was informed the inside was closed…wasted my whole lunch, hit up the McDonald’s down the street they take drive thru and inside orders no problems

It was my first time and I’ll definitely will be coming back again the two girls Ashley and I think Izzy they were amazing they were kind and fast my food was so good I felt welcomed thank you:)

I was looking for a quick bite to eat and saw this fast food from the freeway and decided to stop and get Taco's and a drink. The place was clean.

Usually go at night to get food here and the one time I try it in the day time I get this zombie of a taco… like seriously? Why even serve it at that point… it’s like they dropped half and just served it anyways
