They have the worst food, the service is Horrible, and they refuse to give you condiments! WTH!
Horrible!

The JB in Vasco is the best. The staff are really friendly. Alberto is the most kindest cashier's I have ever encountered. He always greets his customers with a smile. Sometimes I just go there to talk to him, since is really friendly.

The Vasco Rd. JIB is the BEST! The food is always hot and fresh and servers are always friendly!

Stop for dinner in our California tour. The lady at the desk was very nice and fast. Highly recommended

I accidentally gave this Jack in the Box the wrong review - In short, this one is really nice!

Went through the drive thru. The woman taking my order was quite friendly! This is rather unusual because you really can't expect that from fast food service anymore. Lovely lady who got my order right. Waited for the food to come and viola my food was all right! We were just passing through so it would've been too much of a pain to return an order, but I'm so thankful we didn't have to!
This store looked really clean to and the location is prime! Right by the freeway exit.

Food and service are top level for fast food, quick, well executed, and no surprises. The dining room and counter area, however, are quite dated and a bit tired.

Can't go wrong with a 3pc egg roll with buttermilk dipping sauce 4 tacos and 2 ultimate breakfast sandwiches!

Drive thru is supposed to be open 24hrs. Not sure what the employees were doing at 1am but nobody answered the speaker for us to order and couldn't see ANYBODY through the window. Drove around to the front and STILL saw absolutely NOBODY inside! They're the only place that's open and I was starving! Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy.

The night lady is really good and professional. I forget to look at name tags and don't remember if people tell me but the chick that is there every night is great. She is nice yet does have a sense of quickness to her actions because she always gets the food right. All the different people who work here are good the latino guys indian ladies, latino ladies are all a good team 24/7 and I come here all the time. The Cluck sandwich and the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger meals with the aguas frescas lime or vitamin water are always good if you don't know what to get and you are reading this.

#1 I asked for fresh French frys the indian lady said they were fresh an argued with me about making me frys the ones they gave me were soggy an cold # 2 they have what looks like a homeless kid in the lobby jus sleeping at a table must be an employees kid thats very unprofessional. I have worked for jack in the box an the stores ive worked at never did this to their consumers

I ordered 10 Taco's, 1- Large Cherry Dr. Pepper with extra HOT each morning and the ladies that hand my food through the window, are over-the-top friendly. Great Customer Service. The main Lady I will have to get her name so I can give her 8 out of 5. She has to be the best worker in the morning that is always happy go lucky, makes going to work pleasant.

Fries were good but I immediately smelled and tasted something bad in the spicy chicken sandwich

Luke warm food when u pick it up in the drive thru. I think most all the jack in boxes give u Luke warm tacos. They figure u will just drove off and discover that's it's cold later.

Food was cold, staff was cold. I think they would be real happy if nobody ever wanted food.

The chicken was super dry! Looks they make most food and keep under lamp. Will not return. The service was good. Food was gross.

What can I say? Its fast food! They made me salt free fries, and they were delicious. All i could eat was the patty and bacon from my burger, I gotta heart condition. Staff was friendly and fast, and that's what your there for.
