12Employees cannot handle any kind of a rush let alone lunch rush. If you see 2 cars in the drive thru just move on.needs a manager that can wake the employees up. Also.learn to park large orders like every other drive thru in town!
One of the fastest Jack in the box, I've ever been to. The customer service was great and incredibly efficient.
I order a meal and didn’t get my drink, my fries were hard and cold, tasted like they’ve been sitting for some time. I was the only car in drive thru I don’t see how you can mess up.
No sence of urgency at all, I sat and waited for my food for 20 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break. Bad bad buisiness. Never going there again
To breakfast sandwich combos waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru nobody there nobody inside no smile
What I expected: Onion rings golden fried with a juicy ring of onion inside a crispy lightly browned breading.
What I got: A chewy dry shriveled up onion inside a dark dark brown breading that was so mangled and smashed together when you picked up one onion ring the entire order of onion rings came out together.
I’m a late night trucker and I stopped for a meal at this 24 hour JntB and was refused service because I was not in a car. I had my wallet and out with cash and was treated as if I were a crazy homeless man
I would like to bring this matter up to manager/ corporate people. The service at drive thru isn’t really appreciated. Im a truck driver. It was around 11pm and i went to this location to get food but one of the employee told me that they can’t serve me. I even parked my truck and went on drive thru. And still didn’t get my food. That’s really sad to see people who work hard day and night and bring groceries to your table but don’t get their food. Please show some consideration to truck drivers.
This is by far the worst and slowest service I’ve ever experienced at any Jack in the Box. Every employee I’ve interacted with lacks friendliness and has zero attention to order detail. Also, there is no sense of urgency in getting any orders out. Such a shame considering it’s a newer location, and it does not accurately represent the Jack in the Box brand.
I have no idea what is going on at this Jack but literally I try to grab food from here after work every other morning between 4am-7am before heading home, and they always tell me their system is updating and they can’t take my order? This is literally almost every time I come and it’s pretty often due to my job being close by. I do not understand how that’s a constant issue. Horrible service. Do your jobs.
Drive through service used to be kind of hit and miss but mostly miss. Recently it has been 5 stars for sure. Thanks for getting better
I work down the street from this location. When and if I do come for lunch I already know to be prepared for a 20+ min wait. Somtimes I have to wait till next break to eat. The other day I was the only one in line and waited 15min. This is suppose to be fast food service.
