It was my first time EVER trying Jack In The Box at this location & I was amazed with the price of the food it was SUPER CHEAP & also very good After trying their food anytime I’m out west I’m looking for a Jack In The Box Location! Y’all left a great impression on the food chain

I ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich, and all I got was 2 burnt pieces of bread, I also ordered the chili burger and I got a chicken burger and the buns are hard.how can you screw up that bad

One of my fav locations for tasty cheap food. I love it here. The staff was very helpful and observant. The place has a cool feel to it.

Westlake Jack's, they are fast, friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and a good menu selection. They have free parking. They are open inside for take out only and there's a drive-thru, but they do not yet allow indoor diners. They do have a restroom for customers as well.

During Covid you can order Inside as long as you have your mask, restroom is available for customers only. There is hand sanitizer and napkins before the door towards the left side. Not too long of a wait.

Most of the Jack in the Boxes take EBT but this one does not. They have good fast food, even the tacos which arent authentic at all are much loved by all. There milk shakes are yummy, etc. Sometimes the service is lacking and the bathrooms are almost always a mess, but other than that, its pretty good.

You guys need to seriously be retrained. Every time I order through doordash you guys ALWAYS forget some of my items. What is the point on having the note option for you guys to read if you completely disregard it. Horrible service I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from here.

First time and my last meat was dry as hell hash brown was oily didn't put my egg in my jumbo jack

It sucked, the food was cold and the service was really bad, and she shorted me a dollar and I had to wait for her to find her mistake. I'll never go there again!

Ghetto people work here. Rude and abrasive. The company remodeled this store without considering the customer population. They installed high chairs like at a bar. Unfortunately, the majority of the 4', 5" Guatemalan customers have difficulty getting up on those chairs. I am 5'9" and I have difficulty getting into these chairs. THIS IS ANNOYING.

There best thing they have is curly fries. Everything else is average. It's worth a try if you never had it before.

Did not accept their own coupon and lied about it. Food was not great for almost $10 I paid. I will Never visit again

My Chipotle fries were like half full. At least there open 24 hours. I didn't even get full, won't eat here again!

Yo! This place place is great! The times at night when I come by the crew is very helpful. With a small order or big order they are so nice. I forgot the name of the girl that took my order, she gave me great service.

Despite being in a tough neighborhood, they recently remodeled this store and it looks good. All in all I've never had any problems with food and service.
