Jack in the Box, Hemet CA

They do have pretty quick service in the drive-through and I've never had a cold hamburger from them. They always get the meal correct and they have actually given me extra things on accident. The only thing I truly truly love is the teriyaki bowl with the egg roll, That is what I normally get there, its the best

It's your typical jack in the box. Ordered online quite a few times and they've missed items but they are gd about making it up.

TWICE MF TWICE! I got some nasty old avocado sauce! It just was nasty and smelled weird and it’s like check the expiration date before giving it out to your customers!

Leaning towards 2.5 stars. Drive thru this location is good. Gets everything correct. But via PostMates 3 times in a row something is always missing. And it's not the job of the driver to touch and count food. It's the location. Management really needs to get on the ball with them fulfilling orders correctly.

Very slow and disorganized, does not have drink holders, if you buy more than one you are out if luck

Place is normally very good, but overall they're definitely hit or miss, sometimes the food is awful and other times it's really good

I was a meat eater for a long time. Jack in the box was my favorite. Now that I'm vegan I can still there which is great. Their tacos are made from soy beans. Still can't eat everything but they are very patient and friendly when I make complicated order.

1st they never make you pull up to complete your order (big for fast food)! 2nd really friendly staff! 3rd the order is always right. I give them a Fast Food 5

The guy who took my order was new but he was so pleasant brought my food to me, asked if everything was ok. Great customer service and the food was good, I ordered teriyaki chicken bowl I also love the drink machine that you can add flavors to a variety of drinks.

The food was good. The young man at the counter was very up scale. You don't see that to often in the fast food industry. Kudos to you young man.

It was just ok.employees were pretty much non professional.mgr and employees were laughing and giggling very loud. I can see why the place was pretty much empty

All is fine untill.after setting and plating our dinner.until, I open the bag and all the flavor has been left to terikaki sauce that they forget to put in the bag, rice is typical, sauced chkn needed it to.

Standard fare JIB. Good in a pinch. Always nice and get order correct. My stand by when I want something quick. Nuggets are sub standard to the others.but they are chix nuggets.lol

The last time I was there they got my order wrong and I had to wait quite a while for it to be remade and they were not busy.

Order is always right. For fast food, the food actually looks like the pics. But they always make my fries too crispy (too well done).

The manager is mean, rude, very judgmental towards lower-income appearing people in a very loud and vocal way. Some of the staff is very rude they always mess up our order we used to eat there on a severely routine way until this incident where I went back in to have my order corrected and the manager was very rude mean insulting calling me a liar in a loud way being disrespectful and told me that my order was fixed exactly how I ordered it. I will never go back there again. The restroom was filthy. I even had to call the corporate office to make a complaint on our horrible experience. Some people just don't belong and customer service how she got promoted to manager I will never understand. My advice. Stay away for this location.
