Jack in the Box, Rancho Cordova CA

When you go through the drive through, your order is not met. They give you the wrong order, no tissue paper, no straw.

We ordered food here for the first time today. We had some stuff missing, and the coke tasted kind of rancid. We called and they got us squared away. No one likes a messed up order, but kudos to them for doing the right thing.

I meet friends in this great spot a lot! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I visit this place routinely. The cooking is excellent, the staff is polite and the payment is fair. I like eating in this restaurant for a nice lunch.

Can't beat the 2 Jack Taco deal! Drive-thru is usually fast and special orders are welcome. Love these Tacos more than any other taco chain!

Can't help but be a fan. Their grilled chicken salad is surprisingly good. I love the regular french fries. Also really like that they make nutritional/allergen information easy to find. It's posted right on the wall by the register. And they always get my order right.

I've been here before and recieved okay service. However this night was different. I get home open my grilled chicken sandwich and find a wrapper from a used ranch top stuck to my sandwich and when it fell off I noticed a thick black hair.what the hell.

The food was good and they got the order right. The staff was friendly. They got the food out quickly.

This place is my late night go to destination for fast cooked food. Not the best but late night fast food options are far and few.

Good food but late night service take 4ever through this drive through but food gets made staff are ok

When I got my order, my fries were cold. I sat at the front counter for over 5 min waiting for someone to come up front to let them know my fries were cold. They dont pay much attention to the front counter. Not cool for people dining in.

There open all night and make good food employees are friendly and have great customer service. I eat there 2 or 3 times a week

Just ordered a triple jack combo.was not given a receipt. I was given paper towels instead of napkins and my TRIPLE jack only has TWO patties. The fries were also very stale.

The food was prepared to order. However it was room temperature at best. The dining room needs to be cleaned.

I'm happy that they somewhat cater to the homeless unlike other restaurants I've seen at least they let them eat in there when they order their food but this one seemed like there was a little slow but they doing a pretty good job

The woman that worked there was extremely nasty and so damn rude. I told her I'm from Postmate and that I was picking up an order I said the # and rudely she said we dont have the order ready, I asked her to go check if the order was ready and for sure it was. She didnt even apologize. So sad.

It seems as if jack in the box hires idiots.slowest people on earth like god damn! It’s almost comedy. 2/5 rating.

A quick fix to bad night and an exlosive dinner, no other options so thats where we went! Thank you Jack!

So the guy that just waited on me would not let me order a meal without cheese, made me order separately. Bad idea, I will not be back. JERK, did you pocket my extra noney? Wonder what your manager will say when I call corporate.
