What's up with the chicken salads? Bought one today but was disappointed. Instead of a nice piece of grilled chicken there were a couple of small chicken strips. I asked the cashier and she said the salads now come with strips. That's okay but the amount of chicken was less than half of what you normally get. If that's the way they are making them you should drop the price a little.

I asked them to get back with me 2x no return call nor email. I am talking about the one on 45 north and Airtex. I ordered food and they said they could not give me a receipt. I said well I need it. I said you should have a sign to let us know before we pay. I asked for a supervisor and she got the cook. They finally got a " receipt" from another terminal. I emailed the Corp headquarters with no response. Only that response was received and someone would get back with me but they never did. Another thing they wore no name tags so when i asked the girl for her name she said
for me to wait. She took care of 2 more customers and then she finally gave me her name.

I hate their APP it doesn't really. It doesn't tell the customer when the store is out of an item and can't order kids chicken strips.

They don't pick up the phone when they mess up a order they dont get right. Make you drive back and try to make you pay again. No this jack sucks been to a lot better jack in the box

I was just at your store next to the
AM PM on the corner of Highland Boulevard, fountain Avenue in Hollywood Ca. And it was 9: 27 and the door was locked and I read your sign that carefully said that the door to walk in was open until 10: pm and so I knocked on the door and some young man came out from the kitchen and SHOWED Me his MIDDLE Finger and told me not to come back. I am a 71 year old man and certainly did not like being treated that way and I am more than sure that no one else would appreciate it either and if you won’t do anything about it, I have friends in the government that will take action. Please try and find out who did this and why they are closing 40 minutes early. I am peaceful person and I don’t want anything done physically to anybody but people do deserve the rights that you post on your advertising and your signs on your buildings.

These ppl chillin in the lobby at 930 sayin the inside closed go to the drive through said they ain’t takin orders right. Now… San Antonio Texas StarCrest and 410 this is the worst staff ever for a jack in box this store use to make so much money what happend get people that CARE ABOUT THERE JOBS AND THE CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE THEIR PAYCHECKS THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Ordered two # 7’s they were horrible. Serve was awful. This was Ft Mohave AZ. Also very expensive don’t waste your money……

This is the worst Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever visited in my life it’s located on in Federal Way, Washington 272nd and Pacific Highway, Federal Way, WA 98003. I paid $13 for a butter jack the sandwich did not come with cheese. It was dry and it wasn’t the appropriate bun or meat patty I contacted the manager Sergio. He said if I came back through the drive-through, they would replace my order and give me a I went back later last night, and they refused my service I will be contacting the BBB.
If I could remove the star on the rating, I would leave it at a zero star

Jack in the box does NOT answer the phone.it feels like they really do not want to speak with their customers.also i am surprised appalled jack in the box would hire a self proclaimed LONG BEACH CRIP gang member as their spokes person. Jack needs gang members to sell their food?

The store in Tualatin, Oregon that is run down foods bad. Owner needs to spend some money on the building to clean it up

Your grande sausage burrito is a creamy Sriracha sauce filled burrito. So, why is the picture of the burrito have white sausage gravy being shown and no siracha? A pretty good burrito sure, but not what I was expecting.
