Service fantastic, place is really nice but the chicken fried steak was honestly the worst I’ve ever had, and the sausage gravy also was horrible. Biscuits were okay. Hash browns great. Sunny-up side eggs undercooked. Pecan waffles decent.

Easy to see why this restaurant stays busy. Lunch was delicious and very filling. Very good potato salad, and very nice customer service.

Excellent breakfast, and coffee strong enough that makes me want to go out and wrestle a bear!

A true America diner with a fantastic apple pie and immense portion sizes. Great post-Whitney brunch!

Simple, delicious and budget friendly. Service is fantastic and we got sat down right away. My go to spot when I visit Bishop.

It has been awhile since I get corned beef and this place has one that’s really good. They also have good service.

Had the Denver omlette. Tasty! And service was friendly. Will order "small portion" omlette because it was too much food for me. Good, strong coffee. Thanks Jack's, we'll b back:)

Absolutely wonderful breakfast experience. We had the option of a free continental breakfast at our hotel. I read about this place and we skipped the free meal. So, so glad we did! This place is top notch. We told the manager, Marco, that his food and service were way up on the scale for an eatery. Sierra took great care of us. Coffee was excellent and everyone loved their choices for breakfast. Highly highly recommended. Did I just say highly twice? Yes. It was intentional.

Excellent place to stop for breakfast on your way up to Mammoth. The chicken fried steak is authentic and yummy (needs a little salt) but it’s the real deal, not something they pulled out of the freezer.

My ham & cheese omelette was perfect. I added a bit of salsa, which also is fresh, not canned.

The orange cranberry muffin is a perfect side as well as the sourdough toast.

Can’t go wrong and prices are great!

We stopped in for breakfast on a road trip. Delicious food! Great service. I would recommend Jack's Restaurant!

Sorry but, the food was not good! Had breakfast and the hash browns were cooked in Old oil, you could taste it. Also ordered sausage patties, they were awful, way over cooked and ugh! The only thing I ate was a piece of toast and eggs!

Super great breakfast with everything you need. Tastes delicious and has a fair and good price.

Casual, good food. Very reasonably priced. Definitely will return. They also had small portion breakfast that was perfect.
