The preparer said that the usual free Gold Guarantee could not honored if I were to use the coupon. So I did not save a single penny, by returning to your company.

When my taxes were done I was charged 165 dollars. The tax preparer said my return was filed. So as a happy customer I left. 3 weeks later I check IRS website and they still had not received my return. Called Jackson Hewitt call center and they confirmed ball was dropped. Lady at call center submitted my return and within hours she called me back and told me IRS acknowledged receipt. Now I have to wait an additional 3 weeks to get my return for a total of 6 weeks. I was not offered a discount or refund for my pain and frustration. Unfortunate.
