Tracy Brown is very professional and knowlegeable. She makes you feel at ease. This is the 2nd year that she has done my taxes. I hope to continue having her do my taxes. It is a pleasure working with Tracy. Keep up the great work!

I had Melissa do my taxes and she did a great job. I had a semi-complicated return with regards to disability and she nailed it. She was fast, efficient and explained everything in detail. She also answered some questions I had regarding solar tax credits. I highly recommend.

Everything went really god until you try to use there app it is terrible. I would never recommend using Jackson Hewitt ever. It took 3 days for the tax agent to finish my taxes and wouldn’t even return any calls or messages. I had to contact the company to get my taxes finished.
