5The Jackson Hewitt rep was knowledgeable and professional it was a wonderful experience having Evelyn Marron do my taxes.
My whole family went in and did our taxes with Evellyn Marron and I had not had a better experience doing my taxes in 14 years
Evelyn Marron was very helpful. It was a quick easy process and she was very friendly and helpful.
The last appointment took over two and a half hours. The scanner malfunctioned after scanning the first document and our prepper had to call and wait on hold with corporate because she couldn't save our form until she closed out the scanner program on the computer. Those chairs were really uncomfortable and we had to cancel plans while we waited.
Had a 2pm appointment. Upon arrival I was told that there was no record of my appointment. Had to reschedule for 4pm. I sat there for more than 3.5 hours while the tax preparer called and texted someone else for directions and guidance. I’m NOT confident that it was done correctly by any stretch. I’m considering having someone else redo my taxes. Quite a shame since the fees were in excess of $750. Yes, $750! All in all, a miserable experience!
