While I was in the casino the person I was with had his truck stolen from the parking garage. The casino security was not at all helpful. They were actually being kinda rude! I am very upset with how everything went. I expected a lot more from them.

I wish the slots were a little looser and the waitresses came by more often but Jackson Rancheria is one of the top 5 Indian casinos in the whole state! Great asian food in the food court and great iced mochas!

Confirmed that they are still forcing you to wear a mask before entering casino. Soon they will be asking you to wear a safety helmet and bubble wrap in order to enter.

Been here about a dozen times over the past several years, mostly pre-Covid. We used to enjoy eating at the buffet with a little gambling action after. Enjoyed a concert event there as well. Won $1200 on free slot play once. Just been a consistently enjoyable place. Friendly staff and open self serve beverage bar. Best casino in the area, hands down.

It's ws OK had to wait 3 hrs to get a table for dinner, on a Wednesday and we stayed in the executive suite and no extra perks no priority was made for us only one small bar open upstairs and it didn't open till 4pm what a disappointment, no
Alcohol on the gaming floor, yea there's better options

If you go to this restaurant bring a fly swatter. Everyone was complaining! They had napkins under the table leggs to make them even
Never Never again

I don't gamble but the food court isn't that bad I only go so my girlfriend can play and then I'm on my phone. I don't even know why you're looking at reviews it's a casino you play, you win, you lose, you go home.

I don't write reviews but this place was really bad. You have to walk through the parking garage to get to the hotel, no alcohol allowed on the premises, very limited tables games and tight slots. Find a different casino that is more welcoming.

They got rid of Covid-19 check entrance, the hotel had no rooms available for even a last minute stay. The machines in the hotel lobby should be better especially if you cannot go into the casino because of your babies, they should have more options for those parents who still want to play slots in the hotel area. They should also have a bar. I liked it better when there was a bar

Hotel room was spacious, clean & nice. Balcony over looked the lush hills. Took shuttle through premises & immaculate RV area. It was vintage day at RV & enjoyed seeing the many different vintage trailers, including 1 looking like a vintage chrome toaster. Enjoyed relaxing in the comfy lobby & hot jacuzzi. Staff, shuttle driver were super nice & friendly. Downside was the 1 microwave was in lobby, no extra blanket in room & no bathroom hook to hang clothes. Free Mocha coffee in casino is a win.

Clean facility. Great covered parking. Good food. Don’t be shy about asking guest services for food and gasoline vouchers.

I missed the buffet and I can only imagine the amount of business they're losing because there's no buffet and or restaurant to eat other than the Lone Wolf although that's a good place to eat it's rather expensive I missed the buffet especially the seafood weekend
