Jacobs Park reviews
12A great little park for the kids to play at. There are tennis courts as well for those who enjoy playing tennis. Quiet, mellow and small enough to keep a close watch on children.
Tennis courts are always there, the playground is decent and it's usually fairly clean
There's locks on the tennis courts but if you want to get the keys go to the Yucca Valley Town hall their hours are 9AM-5PM Monday-Thursday! The keys are $5 per year but usually it's $15 for 3 years (They change the lock every three years) the price decreases as it get closer to the end of the year when they have to change it again. But anyways! If you want to play tennis just head to the townhall and request to buy a tennis court key they'll give you one!
Good place to Pokémon, but you do have to stay aware of your surroundings. And don't be here to late at night.
Was there to watch grandsons T-ball practice parking leaves alot to be desired on street go early if walking is a problem but was alright just a suggestion for older persons
The Tennis courts are locked, with both locations to buy the key closed. I guess that means no Tennis.
Decent facility with nice tennis courts, ok bathrooms, kids play area, and a pair of little league fields.
Has a parking area. Has two small trash cans. No grass whatsoever. Swings and lots of cactus. The sun is hot if you sit in your car. But outside it feels like you're in Alaska.
No maintenance is done with the bathroom or picnic areas. Its disgusting. Dont take your children here.
Nice little park with semi-modern facilities. The bathrooms are decent, play equipment looks safe enough (of course I can't really test this for myself), and is generally clean. During the school year many students from the school next door walk up to meet their parents after school each day. The tennis courts are rather nice, and getting access from the town is rather straight forward.
Graffiti everywhere (one time the whole park had a cleaning period due to it) litter all over yet it isn’t unsafe just kinda ok fun hangout spot if you wanna sit for a couple hours
Nice little park but it needs some landscaping done. As of July 15,2021 there are a lot of weeds and prickly plants in the dirt. Not good for children especially and the goat heads like to pop my basketball. The basketball court is not well either.needs a face lift. Needs a full court, more concrete before the dirt around, weeds cleaned up coming through the cracks and surrounding area, new lines painted, water fountain repaired and (possibly more important) some kind of covering from the elements. It's too hot and windy to play at all most of the day. Maybe more trees or some kind of covering. The baseball field is in shambles as well. Total face lift needs. Looks like the Sandlot.
