Jacquelyn's Salon of Elk Grove

I went in for an Aurora haircut. The stylist, Bella was not sure she could do it but would try. She was cutting my hair and was about to take my hair from the top clip and she stops and says I'll be right back, I said ok.

Then another hair stylist comes out and says Bella is nervous and upset, she can't finish your hair. She then says that Bella said myself and my sister were talking about her and said we didn't like how she was cutting my hair. I explained that My sister, who was sitting over 25 feet from me, and I never said one word at all.

The other stylist said she couldn't finish my hair until tomorrow. I told her I had to be in Fresno tomorrow to pick up our Christmas guest. She went to the back to call someone else to come in if they could. We waited for another 15 minutes and neither one came back up front. I took the clips out of my hair and we left.

Leaving a customer with their hair chopped up and nobody in the shop could finish it is out of this world.

I was supposed to go out of town for Christmas on Thursday, now I have had to change my plans and be late an entire day! All of this due to Bella, but her shop owner as well.

This was incredibly unprofessional!
I will never go into that Salon again and would never reccomend anyone else to go either. Believe me, if I voukd leave 0 stars I certainly would!

Amazing place. Jaqui takes great care with her customers—she worked hard to make sure my new topper blended perfectly with what’s left of my hair. I’ve been getting compliments ever since!

Found Jacquelyn's through a dear friend. Mom loves her stylist and has a great rapport with her. Very accommodating and there's always good chatter and liveliness (but not too much) when we visit. Thanks for keeping my mom happy, she loves getting her hair cut here.
