I recently had a disappointing experience with the Jacques Marie Mage brand and their after-sales service, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the matter. Less than a year after purchasing my pair of glasses, a manufacturing defect began to appear, which was clearly not caused by any fault of my own.
After a month of back-and-forth with the customer service team, I was shocked to be offered a repair that would cost me over 300€, even though my glasses were still under the manufacturer's warranty. When I pushed back on this offer, I was met with silence from the customer service team, which closed our discussion without further explanation.
I find this level of service to be completely unacceptable for a brand of Jacques Marie Mage's caliber. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness, and I feel let down by the lack of care and attention given to my case.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Jacques Marie Mage based on my experience with their after-sales service. It is unacceptable for a brand of this level to offer such poor customer service, especially when dealing with a clearly manufacturing defect that was not caused by the customer.
