Just picked up a pair of Levi’s overalls after getting them hemmed and tapered. I am very happy with the fit and the staff at Jacquie’s Sew & Sew is very friendly and considering when it comes to pay the bill. 10/10 would recommend and I am definitely taking my business there in the future.

If you have a garment that you care a lot for and it needs adjustment don't waste other time and go to Jacquie's. After some frustration with other tailors I went to one of the most expensive clothing stores around and asked for the best tailor in the area according to their experience and they pointed me to Jacquie's sew & sew. I brought to Jacquie two jackets, one of which required the sleeves to be shortened by the shoulders. They did a perfect job, I can't believe how well it's been done. They even reproduced a fancy stitching on the shoulder exactly as it was before the alteration.
Some other reviewer complained about the prices being higher than the average. Well, you'll be glad to have spent a little bit more when you'll see the quality of their work.
As if that wouldn't be enough, both Jacquie and her team are very pleasant and fun to work with. I'm so glad I found them!

I will never ever use anyone else to alter my clothing. Jacquie and her staff are simply the very best. Professional, expert tailoring. Every time.

After having a terrible experience with another tailor, Jackie was so accommodating and did a fast turn around for my wedding dress (which needed extensive changes). She might be considered expensive for some folks, but her pricing is well below unionized alteration costs. Highly recommend her and her ladies!

My wife's goto tailor for all her alterations. I use them also. Friendly and they do great work.

Jacquie was fantastic! I just had an appointment with her today for alternations to my BHLDN wedding dress. She spent an hour with me showing me different bustle options and taking her time making sure she was happy with the pinning. Super professional and kind. It's at the very top of what I had budgeted for alterations, so I'm hoping I don't go over, but I'm so happy with how the dress looked and I'm confident that it will turn out beautifully. I'm so excited to come back for my fitting in April! Thank you Jacquie!

Jacquie and her team are fantastic!

I was referred by the sales person at BHLDN and came to her in October 2019 for a wedding in January 2020. Add to this the holidays and the fact that I would be traveling for a month before the wedding and we were pretty tight on time.

She and everyone I met were friendly and easy to work with. The alteration is pricy but given the intricate details of my dress, I wasn't going to mess around.

I purchased a mermaid dress for my petite 5'2" frame. I wanted to keep the train's length but needed to add a bustle so I wouldn't trip over it dancing.

After one fitting, the dress was ready to go. I felt beautiful, comfortable, and happy in my wedding dress but most of all ready to dance.

Thank you, Jacquie and team!

Oh, Jacquie's is THE BEST. I had a bias-cut satin dress that for my daughter's wedding that was not made very well. It was just awkward. Jacquie and Alyssa took it apart, took the facing off, redid the armholes, inserted some custom fabric for me, and made it work. I'm sure they go home at night and ask themselves questions like "Why did she buy that dress in the first place? " - but they made it into a perfect dress for me. Thank you!

Sweet ladies! I am not from the area and had an emergency. Got in and they fixed what I needed!

Great work! And the owner was super nice! She asked when I was going to wear my dress and ironed it for me before I leave the store!

I feel so fortunate to have such an expert crew of seamstresses so close to home. Use them all the time for shortening sleeves and pants legs. The alterations they do are excellent and the service impeccable.

They do a good job, but very expensive. The first time I went to fix a shirt I was charged $35. I usually pay $20 elsewhere, but they did such a good job I went back 2 weeks later to fix a dress that was too big. They charged me $55, it was more than what I paid for the dress lol. If money is not an issue go for it, but for me it is too expensive. Unfortunately, I have to go elsewhere from now on, because I need alterations too often to pay so much.

This is a very warm and special place, for we had come in to do an "emergency fix" on my daughter's treasured stuffed puppy dog. Many thanks to Maria and Jacquie whom had very quickly hand stitched the puppy (the back seam had been ripped apart), despite being busy, to my daughter's delight. We will definitely be back for alterations, and strongly recommend this place to everyone.

This is a shop run by a seamstress and a dedicated staff. Ravelled cuff? Let the cleaners handle it. Getting married; prom; wear the wedding gown/tux on your tenth? Grandma's frock fits not - or a beloved Harris Tweed in decline? This is for you. Be warned. Craftspersons of this calibre don't work cheap, require reasonable time, and tend to wish that their advice be heeded. You will too, in the long run. Just go, and turn yourself in. I don't mean to be flash; but you pick it/they fix it.

I was looking to get 7 plain t-shirts made of Ponte Roma fabric. Jacquie quoted $250/per t-shirt, which would total $1,750.

I called with a bit of an odd request, I realize that and said so up front when I called. They passed me to two different people, so I had to repeat my request TWICE, then they put Jacquie on the phone and basically she said "uhhh.no. Absolutely not". All she needed to say was "sorry, but we won't be able to get this done in your timeline". I will never call these people again.

The people here went out of their way to help me, and did a great job!

Going into interview season, I was very late getting a suit. Jackie, the head lady, got my suit in amazing shape in just a day or two. She clearly stayed very late to get it done, and was amazingly sweet throughout the process.

Jacquie did an incredible job tailoring and bustling my wedding dress. It was too big when I came in, but she managed to make the top fit perfectly. She also added bustles to my tulle skirt, which isn't an easy feat! Thank you Jacquie for all of your help!

They are THE BEST! I've come here 3 times with dance costumes. Those that have to be form fitting but still give you room to move. All three have been different styles and the job has been amazing all three times. Highly recommend!
They're also super friendly and were always able to have my dresses ready within the week.
