3Made a purchase at the Fresno Home and Garden in early Spring show this year and still no delivery or even courtesy communication. So far horrible service.
Victor determined that the problem was a bad temp sensor so he replaced it. Got the job done in less than a hour with little loss of water in the tub.
Jacuzzi is working great now with no further issues. Fingers crossed that is the last issue for this 20 year old J-325!
Where to start! Ordered our spaa, waited almost a year. Ended up with a spa we didn't order. Installation was a nightmare, damaged our cover and side tray. Was told they would replace that. Didn't happen. We have had our spa for 19 months. Need warranty work done. Called 4 times. No response. Lied about sending a service person, who never showed up. Which lands us here. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your spa experence!
