Jaimar Technology Solutions was a godsend. The shop was easy to access (located right between Berkeley Bowl and Ashby Avenue), and they completely understood the issue I was having with my son's iPhone (water damage). The work was reasonably priced, I got the answers I needed, and the whole process only took a few hours of my time. Jaimar Technology is our go-to shop from now on!

I went after my cat spilled water on my Macbook - and another company didn't show up for their appointment. Took it to Apple & Mac Solutions and they were so kind and nonjudgemental. They replaced the keyboard and it seemed no problem although It took a little longer than I originally expected.

These guys are great. Brought in three phones. One fixed w just some loose screws inside. One screen replacement, the other not worth repairing. They knew exactly what was needed and hooked me up. Super friendly and knowledgeable and fairly priced

Whatever you do don't bring it here! I brought my computer that I just built here and it was the worst. It was a waste of money and time. It looks like he only works on computers that are 15 years old atleast. I was quoted $25 for a diagnosis if he finds out what is wrong with it. Came back after he said it was fixed and was charged 85.took it home and the pc still wasn't fixed so I took it back again. This time he had the pc for 4 days and called me saying it was fixed again. Got home same issue nothing new. Took it to another shop and same day I found out it was my motherboard that didn't work. So I went back to get a refund he got aggressive/rude telling me he fixed it and it was my fault it didn't work. So he clearly didn't do anything to my pc and still declined me a refund.

Brought in a broken PS4 that would not turn on and Jaimar fixed it good as new. Friendly service and good communication. Thanks.

Jaime was really friendly and extremely helpful when I brought my laptop to him for a replacement battery. He has great prices for whatever service is required to have your device fixed and does it quickly. The estimate amount of time he gives for the arrival of whatever equipment is needed is accurate. He also works around your schedule to get the repair done as soon as possible while also providing great service. If you're there while he does a repair he takes the time to show you how to properly do the repair yourself which I found super helpful. I highly recommend Jaime because he will not disappoint anyone. Now I know whenever my laptop or desk top need a repair I can count on Jaime for help. (:
