4 This office has the worst receptionists. I can never make an appointment when I need to and my pharmacy can never get ahold of this office when my mom needs a prescription refill. I have been calling all day and no one answers the phone at all. Every other clinic that I have called has always answered their phone in
an efficient manner but not this office. If you can go to another doctor and do not waste your time here.
Very bad experience! They never answer calls, nor do they care about their patients. The assistants are very rude and unprofessional!
I’ve had Dr. Gonzalez almost 2 years now.
I’ve never seen or spoken to him.
I’ve called to make appointments regularly since he was assigned as my PCP.
No one has ever answered the phone when I call his office. Never gotten a call back for any of my messages.
He’s open but no one ever seems to be available to help me out.
Only reason I gave him 1 star is because 0 stars wasn’t an option.
My mother in law had a bad experience with a previous physician and she got switched to Jaime Gonzalez.she was very pleased with his patience, bed side manner and attending to detail for her needs.
