191: 09pm on a Monday. Closed. Lights off. No sign outside. Everything on Google says they're open right now. But they're not. As I've been writing this review multiple other people have come up trying to go in as well so it's not just me that didn't get the memo! I battled hellacious traffic to get here during lunch hours. Thankfully Starbucks is across the street, smh.
The employees are rude and don't have good customer service. I love jumba but this is not a shop I would be visiting any time soon
They don’t keep their hours I showed up at 7: 59 (31 mins before closing) and they were locked up. Drove straight here from work and the guy was inside cleaning up. They need to update their hours so people don’t waste their time and gas…
How are you closed and you just open? Looks like somebody trying to get paid for not working 9: 32am
Always out of supplies, even in the mornings after they just open they dont have supplies, bad customer service, counters are dirty and sticky.
Very clean place staff is friendly. I love to order my drinks ahead of time and they are always ready when i get there. Never have i had a bad experience here
I usually like going to Jamba Juice after chemo to get a particular smoothie as it settles my stomach. The staff is kind but the drinks aren’t made consistent. My gf and I came here once and her drink was horrible and then next week we came back and mine was off. It’s not even slightly off, it’s the difference between having a good drink and having something undrinkable in a cup. They had to remake my gf’s drink twice before getting it drinkable. Mine wasn’t even worth the effort. Def won’t be back.
Opening times posted here is wrong. This Jamba juice location is still close at 8 am friday. But they opened the moment they saw people lining up outside the store. Gave 3 stars since there was no delay with the order.
Closed 30 mins early no sign or heads up that they were going to do so. They need to update hours of operation. Wasted my gas.
It says open at 6: 30 am and when I get there at 8 am nobody is there, In the afternoon I call n call nobody answers…. Please change hours on here or if it’s closed down put closed!
The employees need to be better informed on the secret menu or at least make an attempt at making the drinks on the secret menu. I find it at an inconvenience that I’m an pretty frequent customer and this Jamba location is always having issues… whether they run out of supplies or they take super long to take a customers order. The space itself is never clean, the floors are always dirty and the employees always taking super long to get orders in. Management needs to step it up…!
Really nice person. I made a mistake with my order and with no hesitation he replaced the wrong one for the one i needed
They open and they have a sign that they are closed everyday this early the workers there are slow and they need to have a better improvement on their work etc.
Very disappointed. 3rd time today I get burnt waffles and no fruit on my bowls. They didn’t even say anything this is the worst part.
Management at this place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Need to replace the manager and person above her! Place is always out of essential products and manager doesn't know how to schedule staff properly! Time for a CHANGE!
I usually don’t write reviews, but this was unacceptable. I arrived around 2: 30 pm today and the doors were locked with no one inside. A family that was waiting outside said that they saw both employees leave a few minutes ago. AT LEAST 4 more cars of people drove up and tried to enter the store while I sat in my car on my phone for 20 minutes to wait for them to return. By my count, I’m estimating that they lost at least 10-11 customers while they were gone plus myself. When I left @2: 50 pm, they had not yet returned. There was no sign on the door indicating the reason they were gone. This is really bad for business. I’m very annoyed and disappointed. I decided to get my big order of smoothies at Nekter instead. They are generally more friendly there anyway.
Horrible customer service no one is ever at the front super easy to steal because no one watches the store they’re in the back doing God knows what wait is always an absurd time because the employees don’t seem to care about their job.
Got there at 4: 45pm and the door was locked with the worker guy just sitting there on his phone completely ignoring me. Second time in a row, so for now on I’m going to juice it up
Where do I begin?
Well let's just start with once I walked into the place and of course there were nobody in line beside the customers that were waiting for their order. The worker was already in a bad mood as you can see her slamming things around like if she was mad at the world and not care who see! I felt bad for her while waiting patiently for her to finish doing the first orders I already had tip ready for her because I know how crazy it's getting for the workers in food industry now and days. After finishing the orders she finally attended to me and of course said absolutely nothing! While I was giving her my order I dropped the tipped into the jar and as I looked into it well it was empty and I wonder why! Handed her the cash and she gave me my change back and just dropped it before I could even catch it. While I was waiting for my drink she was still slamming stuff around and taking her time and tell me why the two customers that ordered after me received their drinks first! I'm sorry you had a bad day but we all have bad days. I don't know what this worker problem is but I think she needs to get anger management. I wouldn't suggest anyone coming here unless you want to wait for literally an hour to get your smoothie. I know she's not going to get fire but she definitely don't deserve a tip either!
