Juice Shop Jamba reviews
18 I placed an orange juice order after I paid they told me they are out of oranges
What a bad thing to do
Look, it's a Jamba and you know what to expect.
However, what sets this particular Jamba apart from other smoothie joints is the staff. The staff is warm, welcoming, and human. Not like cold automatons just working for a oaycheck. Justin, in particular, stands out and I hope management recognizes that fact.
So, if you ever have a hankerin' for a smoothie be sure to visit this Jamba, even if it means skipping places closer to you. Well worth it
01/04/2023 I went today to get me a vanilla blue sky an it was horrible so I asked for a refund instead of him the red head guy giving me a refund he charged my card For another drink so I got charged for 2 items I did not buy how do I get my money back?
So, according to the hours on the front door it states and I quote, "7am-9pm" "Mon-Friday". False hours SHOULD NOT BE slapped on the front door if JAMBA JUICE is not willing to be open let alone have customers, like myself, desiring a cold smoothie. Now I am just flabbergasted and just bummed that my local Jamba juice cannot satisfy my craving when in fact it is 8: 04pm Pacific standard time, local time during "business hours". Very rude. Not I have to go with an "alternative investing more time, more gas, and PATIENCE.
I love Jamba juice but today I came to this location at the Village horrible service I will never. Come back the manage was rude they had a sing that they only accept cards not cash so I went. Inside and said hello nobody answer. I came back to my car the I see a girl and the manager who he was training her she said we are closed and the manager said with a actitud we are close don't you see is it at the door. I understand that there close but the attitude will not take.
Terrible customer service.dude that took my order today about 30 minutes ago does not know how to talk with customers.not to mention his rude tone.and on top of that, he left a customer know his drink was ready by aggressively pointing at it.do something about this employee
I wanted to buy a freshly squeezed orange juice after a long time. $7 for the smallest size, but okay, the juice was worth it to me. However, the service was incredibly slow and very unfriendly. I said I was in a hurry as I had to go to the airport. She was working slower on purpose and was talking about me with her other 2 colleagues in the back kitchen. I have asked for my money back and will also tell my colleagues about it. We are flight crew and live directly in the hotels across the street. In the future we will avoid Jamba Juice in the Village.
This location never answers their phone! We got breakfast the other day and everything was still cold and almost frozen! Smoothies were great but food terrible!
Rude cashier. I ended up not buying anything. She seem bothered by asking questions about the menu. Never coming back.
The drinks received was not what what was ordered. It would be very helpful when it is determined an order cannot be fulfilled that you advise the customer instead of just sending your choosing. People are allergic to certain things, thus the reason different drinks are ordered. I normally have good experiences with delivery, however today I am extremely disappointed.
Your phone line or something is broken down lol, it sounds like an hacker or radar noise, anyways please fix it as i have very important business calls with you guy’s
Excellent drinks and bowls, Staff is quick Could be a little more warmer to customers, but who cares, The days of caring customer service are long gone, very sanitary, wearing masks and pushing distancing, The business is clean and safe!
Very busy when I walked in, I get it. My job is busy too. No greeting or acknowledgement as I stood at the counter alone for several minutes as they made drinks for their waiting customers. A young worker named Brian had to be told to come take my order eventually and he just walked up to the register and glanced at me then stared at the register. He could have said "hi", but I didnt hear anything, didnt see his mouth move. No blenders were going, he could have just been timid and spoke very low. After an awkward moment, I just stated my order, paid, then stood by and waited. A phone in order walked in and they greeted her and immediately made her drink before mine and she was out the door. Brian eventually made mine and it was watery, blander than any other location I'd order the same drink at. The young lady there, who seemed more experienced, put my drink in the cup and just blurted my name, no "thank you" or anything at all to me like she'd said to the other customers she gave drinks to or who entered the door. Maybe I don't look friendly?
I drove up and I was in front of Yogurtland and Jamba Juice. Jamba Juice is usually where I go the most to and Yogurtland I've only been to about three times in my whole life and I was debating which one to go to cuz I had hunger pains I was trying to get rid of. I opted for Yogurtland went in made my Sunday went up to pay for my Sunday was informed they don't take cash. I'm 72 years old I have never had a credit card and I have no intentions of ever having a credit card. So I left my Sunday walked out ended up at Jamba Juice. Walked in and asked them if they take cash they said yes so they were where I ended up getting something to take care of my hunger pangs.
I love jamba juice, I decided to go here this morning and boy was that a terrible idea. If you want anything seems you have to order online as they have priority over the people who are standing there and they have to wait as well. There is two workers and both of them are working on online orders 20 minutes waiting to order. 3 people said forget it and left. I decided to stay just to see how long it will take over all. I been here for 30 minutes and counting for one drink and a waffle… they aren’t even crowded.
Staff was very helpful and patient. I hadn't been to Jamba Juice in years. I will visit this location again.
I notices all the Drinks they were making looked to watery. When I received my LG Mango-A-Go-Go drink i wasn't happy because they used to make really good drinks.
Just went into this Jamba juice & person in the back (who never acknowledged my presence) was wearing a mask below her chin. What's the point if its not even covering your mouth. Totally grossed out & left.
