Watch how your food is made. A couple of moments ago, I was waiting for my food. As I looked up from the Reflection of the glass, I saw the girl putting stuff back in the food bags. I turned and saw she had dropped my freaking bread -_- and she was placing it back In the bag -_- and then she looked up and she thought I wasn't looking. She was surprised I was and asked, "hey do you want me to make another one" in my mind, I was like that can't be a real question. Well, it was. I was like "yeah, please" She looked into my soul all mad at me as if I had done something. She grabbed one of the bags and threw it on the machine, made me another one super extremely fast like I hope it was cooked properly. When I left, this gal looked super mad at me. Like, dude you would have asked to have another one made if you saw someone drop your food and then sneakily pretended that nothing happened. Major Red Flag This happened in the evening. Also, if she was holding 3 bags w bread and she dropped them, when I turned and she didn't notice I only saw one out of the bags. Did the other ones fall, and I didn't see the others she put back inside and gave them to me? That's hella gross. Watch how your food is made here.

I placed an order online and when I got to the store it still wasn’t ready so I sat and waited for the girls to make it. They made everyone in lines drink before mine and before making mine they talked about another online order before even starting in mine. I waited almost 20 mins for my drink to be made. I guess it’s harder because it’s a juice but I was late to work for something I ordered ahead of time.

Im never disappointed in the mango plant based smoothie, I was not to satisfied with the Gatcha macha with topper cloud whip but it was not horrible. Strawberry whirl was refreshing. But my favorite has still been smooth talkin’ mango I feel the oat milk gives it a kick I really enjoy! I did give this location 3 stars because Every time That I have ordered through DoorDash my order does not get received or I am waiting for A long time for it to be completed, meanwhile people walk in and out and my app says the order has been complete I get answers from all the employees stating that they did not receive my order however it says that it’s paid and being worked on through DoorDash I’m not sure if that’s a problem with DoorDash or the way they receive the orders. They always seem pretty busy so I definitely recommend you ordering in person rather then the apps, unless you’ve had better luck than me!

Currently worst Jamba Juice location, whatever you order, good luck with what they make because they clearly 'cut corners'.

My smoothie was excellent I got me a a ginger it was good the customer service there was excellent I will come back again

Just went to this location at 1020am on Sep 22 2021. I got the Vannila Blue Sky, when I drank from my cup I noticed a hard stringlike piece of something in my mouth and when I removed it, there was an inch long skinny piece of plastic. I tried calling the store twice and no one answered.

I ordered the oatmeal. Not the best. It was runny. Extremely watery, and the bananas were hard and flavorless, almost as if they were frozen.

Customer service is great Carlos was very helpful and service was fast stores clean will come back again.

Great juice, but the pregnant chick was rude and unprofessional! She had terrible service.

Very friendly staff but they never have cold brew for the drinks that have it which i really want try not sure i will go again

Friendly staff, they get things done fast, I don’t wait for that long. I always get the basic drinks, and they taste good.

Not sure who assisted me on 02.07.2021 at 7: 30 A. M.but it was 2 males. They were on top of it. They got our ginger shots and drinks done quickly. I got the acai super antioxidant, and turns out that the replacement of one scoop raspberry sherbet for frozen pineapple makes it bigger. The guy who served it put it in the next size up. The way it should be. My hubby got the red gummi and really liked it. Thanks for your patience guys!

Ordered 3 different drinks none of which could be made because they were OUT of everything! Finally ordered a green juice and I got a girl who was new at the job and wasn't getting any help from her co workers and I got a chunky green drink! Good flavor but. Could of been blended correctly so I could of drunk it! Waste of money! Long Beach location

The lady at the register was patient with the couple in front of me. The lady was trying to make custom special orders for her toddlers. My daughter and I knew what we wanted and ordered quick. They had a few online orders to fulfill when we arrived so they were a little backed up and new customers started coming in. There were lots of us waiting for our orders. The 3 employees were really great and staying calm and making the smoothies while dealing with the line.
Maybe the need an easier system or extra employees. I don't mind the extra wait but others i can tell were getting a bit anxious.
