Jamba Juice, Orange CA

I had an overall good experience at this place, but the tall, old 70 year old (or so) security guard is the reason I will not be coming back. I couldn't believe my ears as I left Jamba Juice; I heard this man asking a homeless person where he could find Fentanyl, talking about how "it doesn't show up on drug tests" and about how "his addiction is the only reason he is still working at his age"

Horrible place would not recommend bad service all around drink didn’t come out the way it was supposed to felt sick afterwards and the manager wasn’t the politest 0/10!

NFL don't go to this location! Most locations give you great service listen to the customer make you feel very welcome. Unfortunately this isn't that spot. The service is poor, the communication of what you're ordering isn't consistent and when you pay for a full beverage it's nice to get a full beverage.and then they blame it on corporate policy instead of taking ownership of it. Fortunately that is not corporate policy, so do not let this location be a reflection of how awesome some of the other locations are nearby.

One of my fav spots to go for some delicious juice. The staff are very friendly and efficient with orders.

I had a phone order here and I came to pick it up and they said they gave it to someone else so I told them to remake the order and they denied me because of the order was given to someone else. It was my order I don't know why they did that they didn't even apologise They didn't care at all I will not return here. Horrible service spoke to 3 people all said the same.

Employees that you had working on Sunday 6/14/2020 were quite unprofessional. I was watching from outside about to walk in, one of you employees had a screaming match with a guest and was physically pushing this guest out the door and this guest wasn't homeless from the looks, even had two drinks from Jamba in there hand. There should never be a situation in customer service where you have to be screaming at a guest then kicking them out. I'm not sure what the reason was but it showed very bad judgement on the Jamba employee. Please train employees better on how to handle stressful situations with guests. With that being said I was too scared to enter Jamba after I seen that and quite honestly will never return. Then when I called the store to get the corporate number.some girl name Victoria didn't want to give me the number, kept telling me the only way she would give me the number is if I gave the reason why. I didn't feel I needed to explain myself. I then asked for the males name that I seen yelling at a guest in the store, She said she was unable to give it to me due to store policy, which seems absurd, when Victoria just gave me her name. The male employee then grabbed phone from other employee and said he wasn't giving out his name and grew very irate and defensive! That's not okay! This employee needs to be reprimanded. I will be sharing this with corporate! Have a blessed day!:)

Smoothies are smooth and delicious. They use fresh produce right in front of you. They have a large variety of drinks and add in extras.

I've never posted anything to yelp before but I really felt called to because this is THE BEST POKE BOWL I've ever had. I wish I was from here so I can get it all the time. Also this place is really cute!

Was very excited to get myself a jamba juice with my family but had a terrible experience with Christine as the cashier. She was quite rude and did not communicate very well, didn't seem like she wanted to be there or wanted to attend us. However, Dianna was wonderful and took over as a cashier and really took care of us, thank you to her and the girl making the juice.

Jamba Juice can be pricey, but is always very, very tasty and has great selection. This location is clean and offers 10% discount if hospital worker (not far from St. Joseph's, CHOC and UCI for July.

Please do not go to this Jamba Juice location. They are slow and don’t listen to your order then just stare at you blankly when you ask where your other items are. Extremely unprofessional atmosphere and very poorly trained staff that doesn’t care at all about the customer. Vote with your money and don’t support this location.

If you plan on shopping all day, keeping your body fueled up with healthy food is important which is why I decided to start my day off with cucumber orange chiller from Jamba Juice. Kara took my order and she had such a lovely smile – it’s amazing how far one simple smile can go! My smoothie was as wonderful as I was hoping it would be and got my morning started right!

They were ok out of all 4 drinks one was really really bad. Even do it was just a simple carrot juice. Unexplainable but all the other mix drinks were good. So that's y I give it a 4 starts cause I actually taste it and it was pretty nasty

Worst smoothie I've ever had. First time in my life not being able to finish a smoothie. It was so gross and made me feel sick as I was drinking it. It was like my body was rejecting it. Never again Jamba Juice! Surf City Smoothies across the street are so much better and fresher and you get more for your money. What a horrible experience at Jamba Juice

Horrible service, I asked for strawberry substitution for ice in my Razmetaz and they refused. Every JJ does without any issue. Ricky the store manager needs to find a non retail job! I walked out and would never return to this place again!

Best tasting smoothies at this location. I have been to several locations in orange County and they are by far the best here.

Good place! The employees are nice and the drinks and bowls are delicious! A bit on the pricey end but nice for a quick afternoon drink and snack.

I've been sitting here since 7: 55 and it is now 8: 06 and they are still not open. Even though the sign says they open at 8am? I can see the worker inside not sure of the delay. This was suppose to be a quick stop before work.

Came in at 8: 59 and they were more then welcoming. Made m and my let a much needed Sunday night treat This is my favorite jamba for sure. You guys rock!
