My body is still shaking by the way Maralee, Dr. Ellis' receptionist treated me. I had an appointment today and she called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. I only asked her if we can change my appointment to Friday and she said no. I said okay, I will come to my original appointment which is today. Right after I stepped in the office she said that my appointment is cancelled and she has nothing for me. When I opened my mouth to ask "why" she yelled at me saying "don't argue with me". So I even didn't have a chance to talk or even make another appointment. Maybe she has hearing problems or something, since neither me nor her never used the word "cancelled" on the phone yesterday, but the first thing she told me when I stepped in was "your appointment is cancelled" and "don't argue with me" and of course, in a very rude and impolite manner.
