Come here all the time for the oxtails and this time had a horrible experience, I ended up getting food poisoning from it & I feel horrible right now. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Went there today for the first time, and it was excellent. The food was awesome.jerk chicken spiced perfectly with a nice amount of heat but not so much that it would interfere with the wonderful taste! Also, very importantly, the people in the restaurant were extremely friendly and polite. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items! Highly recommended!

My partner and I fell in love with their oxtail and curried goat. The spicy beef patty and a ting are my favorite lunch go to, the spices go with the grapefruit fizz beautifully. Very sweet lady behind the counter, everyone was friendly and it was just a perfect setting to have really good food. I can't wait to try the Jamaican fruit cake next

I've been here twice in about 2 weeks. I pass by here all the time but I stopped because I was actually recommended to go to another place next door but I love Jamaican food.
The food here is delicious. I got a mild beef patty and a curry chicken patty the first time. Both were mild in spice but so flavorful on their own
I also got a jerk chicken dinner and today (12/27/23) I got a curry chicken dinner.
They pack the to go containers full of chicken, cabbage, and rice.
It's enough for two meals and the price is just right.
I honestly want to try everything here.

Very stuffy inside.
Chicken was dry but good with the sauce.
Steamed rice was old.
Order taker seems nervous, maybe 1st job.
The pasty with spinach would be good if it had cheese or something.

The food was incredible! Full of flavor and both the jerk chicken and oxtail were tender and delicious. They have plantains which are a fav so definitely get those. The restaurant vibe is cool and parking was easy. We will 100% be back!

Hands down my favorite spot to eat in Vacaville! My island palate is more than satisfied after a meal at Jamrock. The owners are delightful and always open to small talk. They even cater!

Be sure to go early and try the salt fish patties. I almost fell out of my seat after the first bite.

There wasn't a wide a variety of items to choose from and the dishes seemed a little pricey but there jerk chicken was good it wasn't dry and cooked just right although I found to be Similar to the rotisserie chicken you find at the supermarket. There were only two people working there at the time and the girl at the counter seemed a little inexperienced and wasn't familiar with dealing with customers and the whole restaurant was EXTREMELY HOT!

I’m going to try and keep it simple and juicy. Went for brown stew chicken with rice and peas and the tropical pine ginger. Honestly this gave me pure memories a walk on memory lane. Literally I’ve been home sick and this food cured all dat. Ms. Lady Neva get your name but she’s patient informative and just give off a pleasant vibe big up eh cook too yuh nuh leff yard yuh bring it wid yuh!

I absolutely love Jamrock Cuisine. Ever since I visited Jamaica I’ve been trying (and failing) to replicate the patties I had there so I was super excited to see they have them available. Their jerk chicken is also amazing!

This place was amazing! The spicy beef patty was the best and the brown stew chicken was the most tender meat with some of the best flavor I've had. 10 out 10 recommended and I'll definitely be back soon!

One of my favorite places to eat when I am in town. The lady at the counter and her husband are so sweet and remembered me when I came back in a few days later! The jerk chicken is amazing as well!

First time having Jamaican food and longing for more. The service was friendly and helpful and the food came out fairly quick but super flavorful and delicious. I make it a point to stop by at the coffee next door when driving from Sacramento to the bay, but now I have two reasons to stop!

This place does the best curried goat I've tasted in California. Been to lots of Jamaican restaurants and they are ok but charge really high prices for a few pieces of meat. This place is reasonable in price and the quality and quantity you get is fantastic. Only do goat on Tuesday, Thursday and sunday. Will be coming back here again.

Just had lunch at Jamrock Island Cuisine with my family. The food was amazing, oxtails seasoned to perfection. The restaurant was very neat and clean. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly.
It was worth the hour drive. We will be going back!
