Very clean place.food is Great. Games here are plentiful.staff is good and it's a smoking casino

It's small compared to other casinos in the area. The only pluses are there are a few machines exclusive here that other casinos don't have elsewhere and the lowest bets are half than the other casinos e.g. 25¢ here 50¢ elsewhere.

The casino was great. The restaurant GWYNN’s 19 sports pub however. HORRIBLE service. It took forever to get a drink. Then the waiters had attitude problems afterwards. Never again will I come back to this restaurant. The casino was great though.

Jamul Casino is a beautiful property with friendly guest services department. One of the best features of this casino is the location which makes it an easy place to travel. Jamal casino offers many of the same ammenaties as other local San Diego casinos and eventually will have a 5 star hotel and pool? In short, I would highly recommend a visit and see for yourself how much fun one can have at Jamul Casino. Lastly, Jamul Casino offers a restaurant that is called Burgers and Shakes and most of the time the food is decent and edible. Tonight I was served the worst cheese burger I have ever eaten. The bun was not toasted and and very dry. The server did offer ketchup and Ranch dressing but did not offer Mayonnaise? The cheese burger contained two very old looking hamburgers and cheese which also looked like it has been sitting out for a couple of hours. French fries was part of the cheeseburger meal and they were crispy and delicious. I would like to add the meal was free and I did not pay for the meal out of pocket. I just think the cook should of took more pride and served a cheeseburger he would of offered to his own family or eaten himself.

Small casino but players club is worth signing up for, very generous with their players club members.

It's small, but not as far from San Diego. And luck is luck when winning jack pots here.

Security staff very friendly and HONEST. Gabriel found my phone and kept it with him at the lost & found podium as you enter casino. What a refreshing feeling recovering a lost phone these days. Thank you Ronald and Gabriel

Not my favorite casino around the area. I wasn't sure what it was, but I always felt some kind of weird vibes… not because I’ve never won there, more like the spiritual thing. I guess.

I don't really see anything that special about this place. If you are a gambling addict I am sure you will probably like it. If not then there is not many other ways to entertain yourself.

I like the atmosphere of Jamul Casino. The drive isn't bad either coming from the South Bay. Feels a lot closer than the other main casinos. Everything is new, in parking lot is easy to get around. Elevators placed in the middle for easy access. The casino is one large room and you can walk from one end to the other in a few minutes. It all depends when you go on how busy it is. Go during the day and there's plenty of slot machines and tables with no waiting. Go on a weekend at night and be prepared to wait. It just all depends.

As far as food, they have the Tony Gwyn restaurant and also a small food court with burgers and shakes and Mexican food. Over all, try this casino out and see if you're lucky here.

A quick drive from the city. Clean, fun environment with lots of players perks and good restaurants.

I had to find someone to bring water to my wife & I, in the non-smoking section. Plus the whole experience was below par and we will not be back. We're also warning our friends!

Great Customer Service Is Truly the Key to a Successful Business

This is my favorite casino by far. In the case of Jamul Casino, I would have to go out of the norm of ratting places that deal with customer service. I've never given a top rating to any such establishment because that implies there's no room for improvement/growth, until now. However, If I had to improve upon anything at this casino, it would be the ventilation.other than that so far so good. Customer service, cleanliness, and perks are good. I can go to Jamul 7 days a week and get something for free (free play, meals, gifts and etc.), If I had the time to do so, I would. I would also like to mention an employee (Shirly Matthes) who's friendly, great smile and etc. Shirly was very knowledgeable and showed attention to detail in her position/Job title. Shirly informed me of all the perks, by explaining in detail what I was intitled to as a member and to ensure that I had an enjoyable time she added my Freeplay ahead of time since I arrived extremely early. Not only did I win with my Freeplay, I also enjoyed a great meal. Thank you, Shirly for treating me like a valued guest. I'm not sure that the individuals at the Player's Club, know how important their position is. Outside of first entering the Casino and being greeted by security, the individuals in that department are the first interaction that the public comes in contact with and first impressions are everything. Those individuals in that department pretty much set the tone, and if they can sell the business to its full capacity, and the other departments do their part/same.it's a total win for the casino. I don't know if the other employees exemplify the same enthusiasm or zeal but Mrs. Matthes definitely is a true asset to Jamul Casino. I wish her the best and we definitely could use a lot more people in customer service like you.

If looking for live musical entertainment. This is definitely the spot. Omg now I have a great time here. I mean to watch from the young to the old enjoy themselves to music. I have met nice people just by the love of music. No one is judging you, mistreating you, maybe a lot of flirting lol. But other than that you see all walks of life just throughly have a great time.
