Absolutely the best doctor my Ohana has found for our 86 year old mother. Dr Lee and her staff have been a blessing from GOD for our mother who was incorrectly diagnosed with dementia by her former doctor of 10 years. Each and every staff member treats my mother as if she is the only patient seen by Dr. Lee and Dr. Joyce. No matter what the issue, Dr. Lee always takes her time to explain results and recommendations for my mother's continued health plan. Our Ohana is very blessed that my mother has Doctors and health care professionals that are concerned about her health, well being, and are working diligently to make our mother's health more comfortable in her senior years. Much Aloha, and a big Mahalo to Dr. Lee, Dr. Joyce and their Staff!

Update after 3 months: Situation got worse. I am getting bills not only from the lab, but also from Dr's office directly. It was suppose to be a simple annual bio screening, but now it became an expensive medical care/consultation which I did not even order for. Very frustrated. Office staff is not giving me a clear answer.

I was very frustrated with the office staff after treatment. Doctor was okay, I could see her passive (cold) personality. However, the office manager who was conducting the major calls was very rude and unprofessional. They billed my insurance company with wrong charge code so I received a large bill. They also lied to me saying that "it is not possible to update/revise the charge code" that they have submitted to the lab/insurance company. I tried to fix it, and whenever I talked to her (the office manager who deals with billing and payments), she would keep aggressively over step on my voice and only telling what she wanted to tell. She didn't even apologize and just tried to cover the mistake as if nothing happened. Very frustrating when the billing process is getting messed up. Even more frustrating when the staff IS LYING to its patients! Just admit your mistake and apologize!
