Japantown Fillmore St Annex Garage reviews
8 Had a break-in situation just outside the garage entry/exit. NOT SAFE!
Ensure there are no valuables in the vehicle if you decide to park in the garage or along the street outside the garage. I wouldn't park there ever again.
Been parking here for years. It's clean and seems secure. Payment is all from the machines. I suggest paying before at the machine on the side. Paying at the gate holds everyone up.
There seems to be a discrepancy between the hours in the website site vs what's posted on site.
I got a month of parking here and I’m continued to get charged 6 months later. Do not give them your card information. At this point I’d rather deal with parking tickets or break ins then this business scam.
Parking was $12 for almost 4 hrs we spent inside the commercial plaza. Now, is not bad priced but be aware that if you try to validate your ticket is a LOT of hassle. You can ONLY do it if you spent $20 inside the bookstore or $30 in a supermarket around the corner.
Not only that, once you pay the $20 dollars they make you go to the 2nd floor because that is where the machine is, bla, bla, bla. Bottom point is a lot of running.
Also, you can only pay parking with a credit card or cash. Reader for phone or watch payment is NOT working. If you find a better garage, go for it. We didn’t have any issues with broken windows but there is a lot of reviews that complain about that.
I’m from out of state. Got my truck window broken last night, my alarm system most likely scared them away. Do not park here! There’s no security here. Even parking outside is not guaranteed your safety. Too much pos ppl in California
Visiting from Oklahoma. Car got broken into, backpacks stolen. No security, crackheads walking around the lot aimlessly
NOT SAFE AT ALL! My car was parked there, someone broke window and stole all my belongings! Be careful with this parking garage!
