Pupusas are delicious, horchata is very authentic. The ensalada drink hit the spot. I will definitely be coming back.

They have a nice outdoor dining set-up. It's quite small (only about seven tables of four) but they are spaced well. The wait isn't too long since the servers ask you to order before sitting down. The pupusas are so good, especially frijol con queso! Their horchata is my favorite. Their yuca frita con chicharron is one of the best, too. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a Salvadoran restaurant.

My friend recommended this place didn't think it was going to be this delicous. Well I WAS WRONG! Its very Delicious pupusas and casamiento. The horchata, ensalada drink, and coffee are also very tasty.

The empanadas de leche are absolutely to die for. Idk how they make the filling but it’s different from all other restaurants. Pupusas are good, kinda small though.

Jaragua is an exquisite Salvadorean Restaurant as their specialty in their whole menu is authentic food from El Salvador. It is owned by one of my dear friends! My favorite dish are their pupusas and although these are popular in other restaurants. Jaragua's unique recipe continues to be a family tradition. If you are into Central American food, this place is worth trying, you will love it!

Jaragua is classy and very good. How often do you get that together?

Usually, restaurants that are classy skimp on food quality and ingedients - not here. The pupsas take forever so you know they are likely made fresh. The pupusas revueltas con todo are superb. Just the right balance of cheese, pork and beans. Great cheese. The curtido is exceptional. Pupusas are not pupusas without good curtido.

The salpicon is very good. It is not a well known dish but it is so worth getting it. It is made up of minced meat with different tasty ingredients.

The horchata is really good too. I would venture to say that Salvadoran horchata is better than Mexican horchata but they are like apples and pears. Both are milk based, but the Salvadoran version is brown. It has a complex and rich taste. Mexican horchata is just rice water with sugar and cinnamon. I'm Mexican, so I am used to the best of the best food that employs masa, as in tortillas and sopes, etc. Still, if you can compare these drinks by name Salvadoran horchata is better.

They have nice paintings on the wall. They are colorful and depict scenes from the Salvadoran countryside. Most importantly, the paintings are well done.

This place is not cheap. I think it is well worth it though. I think people need to stop assuming that food from Spanish speaking countries has to be cheap just because their dollars go a long way south of this country. European food is not better or more complex. I had awful expensive tacos in Belgium and well that proves me right.

Service is slow but the servers are always courteous and even nice.

My favorite pupusa spot. I used to go to Flor Blanca on Pico long ago. No need to go to the Pico Union anymore. The pupusas revueltas con todo are perfect here. The cheese they use is exceptional. The balance of ingredients is what makes the pupusas here so good. The corn masa is always done right and the pupusas aren't greaseballs at all. Service can be slow but the servers are always nice. The art in Jaragua is pretty and colorful. The decor is warm and inviting. The horchata and ensalada drinks are very good. My only qualm - no arrayan.

Absolutely delicious. We travel almost an hour in traffic to eat here. Food is authentic and on point. As is the Ensalada beverage.

The food is good, but customer service is not always that great, the few times I been there it has always been the same service.they take a long time to bring the check and never come around to ask if we need anything else

The food is good. But, I just did not like how one of their waitress, try to jip me and my fam for 20 bucks. That was my 2nd time visiting but, I rather stick to my own restaurant spots.

Wait a bit too long, but delicious authentic Salvadoran cuisine. Tasty, generously sized #pupusas!

This is one of the better Salvadoran restaurants, for me, around. Parking could be a bit tricky but plenty of it on the street. Jaragua is clean and the service is good. The pupusas are some of the better ones I have had in the area. My maternal parental unit really likes this place. She is pretty adventurous when ordering but always stays consistent with the "ensalada drink. " Try it out you won't be disappointed.

GREAT food but the worst service! It took them 1 hour to get my food, (party of 2,) they forgot my side order and one of the items that come with my order. I’m disappointed at the fact that the waitress did not inform us at any point or check in while the food was getting prepared.

We went to celebrate one of my auntie's birthdays she said that this restaurant was Poppin but maybe that was a few years ago cuz now it's not.the food was cold had no flavor and if it did it was over season with a lot of salt my tongue went numb from all the salt. And it was overpriced to we ended up paying over $200 for a few plates. I think next time we'll just stick to Shakey's Buffet
