Went in there for my wife’s 6 month cleaning on her ring. Was greeted immediately and kindly by David upon entering. He was very pleasant and helpful. An overall great experience

I bought my ring 3 years ago and the management before never told me about the conditions of the warranty. I came in talked to the manager and they were very helpful, professional, and all around amazing. The workshop technician Paulino is amazing and he helped me with my ring he got it done that day I'm so thankful for him. THANK YOU PAULINO!

They'll take a picture of you and act like they didn't, especially when you hear the picture sound on the iPad. Treated me like a criminal for trying out jewelry. Take your business elsewhere.
