2Dr Jarvis Gatlin is a very caring Dr, he takes interest in each and every patient and gives time to discuss and comes up with a good treatment. My husband and myself have been seeing Dr Gatlin for now more than 15 years. I would recommend him to any one who is looking for a good GP.
He is incredibly unhelpful, won't prescribe anything to help you. The staff is nice enough but it is IMPOSSIBLE to call the front desk directly. One time, I couldn't get through to them for an entire week of calling everyday because they were having "phone issues". A doctor's office. And whenever you call, you get a really ineffective automated system that transfers you to the medical group upstate and they'll just transfer you around in circles, never to reach your useless doctor.
On top of all that, literally EVERY TIME I HAVE EVER SET FOOT IN THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING, they have screwed up my insurance and I end up getting foot with a $2000 bill for my yearly physical and have to go through the process of dealing with my insurance every time I go in for a check-upJarvis Gatlin is a horrendously ineffective physician and his practice is an utter mess.
