Jason deserves more than 5 stars. My mom would constantly talk about how many listings Jason had in her condo complex at Coronado Villas. When it finally came time to sell my mom’s condo, it was natural to reach out to Jason; and quickly I found out why he is so popular and successful, as he is very detailed and the resident expert in Coronado Villas.

As I lived outside of the area, I relied heavily on Jason to handle all aspects of the sales process and he did not disappoint. He willingly oversaw the repairs to bring the condo up to model home condition. Shortly after placing the condo on the market, the real estate market took a turn negatively but Jason handled it seamlessly and kept me informed the whole time. In addition, he dealt with situations outside of the norm, including a prospective buyer that changed their mind 2 times, new lending requirements that require heavy maneuvering, and on top of everything, a title company’s system getting hacked on the week of the close of escrow. Jason handled all of that and my constant questions with such a calm demeanor.

He works hard, diligently and is the best realtor in the Santa Clara Valley for a reason.

Jason Belcher was the property manager for my condo in Santa Clara for five years. He was always very professional and responsive to the tenants.
