Jawad S. Bisharat: Allstate Insurance, La Jolla CA

I had Allstate for my home, 4 cars and 2 rental properties. Nonetheless, Jawad and his team were so non-responsive and difficult to work with, I moved to a new Allstate location nearer my home. Despite my desire to change agents, Jawad kept taking back my accounts and I would receive billing notices and policy updates from his LaJolla office instead of my preferred insurance broker. After 20 years, I finally switched everything over to State Farm. And then I received a notice from a Collection Agency trying to claim that I owed money to Jawad for accounts I had already closed when I switched to State Farm. Be careful walking into that office; it's hard to get back out.

They on there A Game.the team is always helpful. They help me save money but give me best protection possible within my budget! I will refer to my friends! I'm in good hands with Allstate:) Thank you Jawad!

I've tried other company's. But I always return back to Jawad and Allstate!
Customer Service is friendly. And they always follow through. My son had an accident several years ago and Allstate was on top of it til the end!

Don't waste your time. Called several times, actually spoke with someone there, and they don't bother to call you back.

Never Ever use this agent! I moved out of CA to AZ and was told he could do the policy. Nightmare! Hours upon Hours of My Time to get corrected.
Mind you while in CA.he was a 2 star!

I've been very happy with my experience with Allstate. Only one instance in which I had a problem/misunderstanding with a claim I had pending and a short e-mail to my agent, Mr. Bisharat and he got it resolved for me immediately. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided.
