Jax At The Tracks reviews
14Great spot! Small place old dinner vibe, makes you feel like you're on a train. Food was good gas varios choices.
Good awesome food well worth the drive top notch food menu it's been on featured TV show diners drive ins s and dives
Stopped by for some breakfast after getting off the train. Had the corned beef hash. Never had any made from brisket, absolutely phenomenal! Was expecting the standard mushy mess but I was beyond pleased with their version! Will have to change my own recipe. Fantastic staff, great service. Thank you!
Got there and had to wait even with the restaurant empty. We get to the table and it was dirty. Hostess wipes it off and leaves. We grabbed her rag and wiped it down ourselves as there was clearly still food all over the table and chairs. Bacon bloody mary was good. We got our appetizers after we got our meal. Burger was good. Crab Cake Sliders were mushy and undercooked with no crab flavor.very unappealing. The place was dirty. It was not busy and there was trash and food on the floor throughout and dirty tables just sitting. We won't be back.
Very good food for the price. Service was ok. I had the Kobe Beef Meatloaf, which was excellent. My wife had the fish & chips; best she's had yet. Tried to eat outside, but as soon as the food arrived, we got swarmed by yellowjackets, and had to move inside.
We will never be back or recommend anyone to this place, we were hoping this could be our regular breakfast place but your server with blonde hair, he was the worst, so disappointing.
It wasn't bad it wasn't good. I did go back a second time with the same experience.
The Reuben sandwich was tasty but the cole slaw was way too sweet and reminded me of Miracle Whip. There may have been an error in brewing the coffee because it was like weak tea. The powder room needed better lighting and more.
Super burnt biscuit. Bland, messy food. Pretty dirty. Needs to be deep cleaned. Do not recommend.
Went for Sunday brunch and only waited 20 minutes. Their staff was very friendly and attentive. However, their food was subpar. The turkey in the Jax Melt was very dry and had no flavor. Their fries, while a generous portion, were unseasoned and soggy. Everything besides the food was good.
The atmosphere is very cool, very retro. I went because I saw it on the Food Network show, but I don't recommend it. The chicken didn't taste like anything and the crust was still burnt, the fries were also burnt. Poor presentation of the dishes, the beers were bad and the waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing.
Excellent food, excellent people.
Of course all the non local haters have to come up with excuses always.
Jax at the Teacks it's been one of my favorite places to eat since 1997.
Hey haters, go home.
Great food and service. Old diner vibe. Highly recommended. Off the main road so plenty of parking.
Milk shake tasty & not too sweet. Slider trio was perfect. One crab cake, one pulled pork & one hamburger.
