The people are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They know bikes. The store has a good inventory of new bikes for all levels of riders and an extensive inventory of helmets gear and accessories. If they don’t have what you are looking for they can get it quickly. I am very satisfied with JAX’s products and service.

Great customer service at both Yorba Linda and Fullerton locations from all staff members. Special thanks to Eddy at Fullerton for his recommendation for a bike for my son, and James at Yorba Linda store to arrange purchase and pick up at Fullerton. Smooth transactions, staffs were helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back for more bikes or any services.

I just got into the shop and the one sales guy I met was nice. Just said he have the brake liver in stock and can change it quick. Then while billing another random guy from the shop shows up and he said they can't do the work but has to schedule and later drop in after a couple of days. I am not posting the reason I guessed. But by this random behaviour by two different sales men I can guess they will be ripping off the customers and may be cheating as well. I would say stay back from this place. Good luck to the guys going here

Jax is the most conveniently located bicycle shop near my house. They have a good selection of products and smart technicians working there.

Thank you to Wyatt at Jax Bicycle Center in Yorba Linda for helping me get my bike set up to start riding again. My late husband use to maintain my bike and I haven't ridden since he passed away in 2020. I really appreciated Wyatt answering my many questions as well showing me how to change a tire. I have never been a big bike rider, but have been on it everyday since leaving Jax last Saturday.

The guys were great. Very helpful and not pushy at all. Took to time to go thru getting my shocks set up right and making other adjustments to my new bike. Recommended the tubeless tire conversion and explained the benefits of that. Will be back for future biking needs. Walter N

I came from out of state for my niece's kindergarten graduation. I bought her a bicycle from a big box store only to discover the pedal brake didn't work. I took the bike to Jax in Yorba Linda. I told Jimmy about the issue and that I was flying out the next day. Jimmy put the bike on the rack, fixed the brake issue, gave the bike a once over, aired up the tires and told me I was good to go. Jimmy, thank you so much! Y'all are awesome!

Nice small compact store with all the essentials you need and can order if not there. Employee was nice helping me choose a new seat for my bike based on my preferences and even installed it onto the piece I took in where my old seat was installed. Answered my questions on different kinds of bikes and differences in tires which help me as I am an entry level biker who just bikes for fun and to get fresh air. Will definitely be back when I get my 4 year old his bike in the near future.

Great staff and great shop. I found the staff helpful, courteous, and knowledgable. I use my bike to commute to work daily. They were so helpful in getting me back on the road again!
