The two women that cleaned our house were very professional and thorough. However, I am not sure the cost was worth it - too expensive. The person that came and did the outside windows did not do a good job. Definitely I overpaid for that service.

We used Fred through Jay's to clean our carpets before moving in. We greatly appreciated his communication and the work he did. Our home now smells minty fresh! We also used Keny for a deep cleaning. She was so sweet and did an amazing job! She went the extra mile wiping down the inside of cabinets and the fridge. We highly recommend both Fred and Keny!

All good, Excellent job! No complaints whatsoever. Plan to use your services again in November.

This was a tough job, a home that had been vacant and neglected for over 5 years. But it wasn't too tough for the Jay's One Stop Cleaning Crew. They did a GREAT job, thank you!

They came out quickly to deal with the clean up / carpet cleaning, floor steaming following minor hurricane damage. I coordinated their arrival while out of town and had to have someone meet them so responsive communication was necesarry and worked perefectly!

Jays has been very good to us, very prompt and their staff is very kind, trustworthy and does an excellent job on our home.

Jay's did a great job on my carpet cleaning. I had a really bad dark stain on my carpet that I thought would never come out. I was expecting to replace the whole carpet. Jay's crew were able to get it completely out! There is NO trace of the stain. I'll be hiring them again in the future.

Highly responsive, courteous and professional. Had originally tried to use another company for carpet cleaning. They gave an initial price based on my detailed description then came to our place and tried to change the price giving some nonsense reasoning. They were rude so I sent them home. Jay’s was completely the opposite. I called them, told them the same details of what was needed, they came on time, finished the job quickly and were very pleasant. Couldn’t recommend them more.
