Everything we got was pretty good! Especially the crawfish lettuce wraps! Bomb. Not a huge fan of Disney snacks and restaurants but this one is actually enjoyable.

Oh man they have RUINED this place. Food is still the same and good. Service good. But the atmosphere is terrible. I used to come here for the live music and it’s now an hour after the live music has started and i have heard nothing. I made it a point to call and say i have a reservation at 5: 00 and want to be by the live music and they told me the musicians just travel around so i’ll be guaranteed to hear them no matter where i was. We got stuck in some small room and even when i was getting sat i asked.will i be able to hear the live music.and they reassured me i would.now an hour later, our food is done, bill is paid and still no live music. Why didn’t you put us where the live music started knowing when i called and explained my reservation was at 5: 00 and i wanted to hear live music? Why put us in a small room that has yet to hear any music? Terrible. So sad we came here every Disneyland trip.never again.

This restaurant is currently the highest rated restaurant in Downtown Disney, so I wanted to try. We took outdoor seating to enjoy the breeze and people watch. Ashley was our server, and I had nothing but good opinions for her service; my water was always full, and our table cleaned of empty plates promptly. Most of our orders were of her recommendation.

The calamari starter was good, with the marinara sauce being a great pair to the succulent calamari rings. My seafood gumbo broth came with good flavours when paired with the rice, though I wish the shrimps and crawfish came in larger sizes, as they seemed to be scarcely scattered all over.

I found the Reef and Beef to be okay, though the portion did not justify the price IMHO. The shrimps were not fresh and did not have the snap, perhaps because they were overcooked. But the star of the meal was the homemade bread. They cost 2 bucks, but it was the best 2 bucks I spent. The bread was warm and moist, it made a perfect vessel to soak the leftover broth from my gumbo and the beef stew.

I found Jazz Kitchen to be a good restaurant to eat in when we could appreciate something warm and cozy. But with Downtown Disney opening doors to new restaurants next year, it would be interesting to see how dining scene will turn out.

Overall it was good. Hadn't been there in three years, really enjoyed the old layout. Sad they made it look modern.

Jazz music with nice ambiance. It was great to catch up with an old friend from college. Medallions of filet mignon and lobster was delicious. Very tender and flavorful.

We love the Jazz Kitchen! But be prepared, the wait staff have new uniforms, and the decor has massively changed. Gone are the fan favorites, the piano and its band stand are no more. The wait staff are very friendly, and if they don't know something, they're more than willing to find out for you. The food offerings haven't changed much either.

Prior to the name change, the restaurant looked like it was cut from the French Quarter, today, the interior looks like the breakfast area at your local La Quinta Inn. I was given some Intel on the change and I questioned Disney's decision to make a new restaurant inside the park look more like the theme they had at Ralph Brennan's. Knock it off, Disney, your pockets are DEEP, no need to have changed the name or decor. On to the food, Nothing has changed and that is reason enough to eat here again. Jonathan was our server and was well versed on the menu. The go to dish, BBQ Shrimp and Grits, bought the best in So Cal.

They should call themselves, "boxed music kitchen" not jazz kitchen.

My family and I have been coming here for years. This past trip was a huge disappointment. We always came for the live music and large food portions. Sadly we were put in a room with just boxed music, even though we requested to be sat where the musicians would be. To add insult we spent $300 for six people and I am currently buying a hamburger at a fast food place because I'm still hungry. The server told me the meal I was ordering would be large, what a joke.

Just disappointed and I would recommend eating elsewhere. It was really bad to be honest.

What happened? The Jazz Kitchen used to give the dinner the feel of being transported to an authentic creole New Orleans eatery. But they've had a design change and all I can say is What the Beignets happened? It seemed the style they were going for was 50's mod maybe? With the color choices, fonts for the logos and menus and art/decor, I definitely didn't have a Mardi gras feel. Ugh, everything just feels out of place now. The food was meh at best now and even the Beignets were oddly shaped now, just flat squares instead of puffy pillows. Won't be going here anymore given all the changes and the prices. Too bad, it used to be our destination at downtown Disney.

1st of all, the lack of hair nets was so disturbing! On top of that, my 6pc was overcooked and hardly any sugar. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, my hot chocolate was watered down! For the money I spent $25 is really disappointing.

NOT what it used to be. And it's not worth waiting in line for.

What's not to love. She is located in downtown Disney, just a short walk before you reach the happiest place on urf. Mike, you are amazing, thank you for taking care of my partner and I. The calamari and chardonnay was super tasty!

First off, our waiter was incredibly kind and accommodating and made sure that my food did not contain dairy, it was a busy Friday night and they did a good job at getting us seated. That being said the food was incredibly bland and salty, like someone accidentally dumped a heaping tablespoon of salt in, rather than a scant teaspoon, the basil blueberry vodka drink I had was actually undrinkable.
