7Wow! The main technician was so gentle, thoughtful, and careful when threading my eyebrows. She was tedious, precise, and consistently measured to ensure my eyebrows were identical. She washes her hands in between each client and the chair is outside under a shaded tent.
Ill leave this here if you plan on paying $35 to get your eyelashes done. The glue they use is very low quality the whole time my eyes were burning, was not able to open my eyes even after I left my eyes were hurting and they bothered me, so I asked for a refund for that reason.
THEY LOST A CUSTOMER - NO REFUND FOR POOR QUALITY JOB ON EYELASH EXTENSIONS.
I normally come to this place, but today I came in for eyelash extensions, she took her time but glued the eyelashes to my eye lid, I asked for a full refund and the gentleman denied it because I was going to keep his eyelashes, I told him he could get them back and still DENIED since she took an hour. I appreciate her time but when is not done correctly and causes a rash theres NO reason to deny a FULL REFUND.
Place is really big, employee is nice and good on eyebrow threading, very warm inside need more cooling or more fans.
Love this ladies. I’m really picky about who does my eyebrows and this lady here is just as detailed as me.
