One of the best JC Penney's I have ever been to. The staff were very nice and the store was clean and organized!

I was exchanging some toddler sandals I bought for my son 3 months ago because I was there the day before and was told I could, so when I took them I was told by costumer service I couldn't because they were so worn out which is why I wanted to either get a number to Jc Penney or Arizona Co, the shoes look like they were used 2 summers ago, the material didn't last and therefore it was the reason I wanted to talk to someone, I paid $40 and expected for it to hold throughout the school year, I was told I couldn't because I also didn't have a receipt, I never have returned shoes because I never have had to so I was upset to see this shoes not last. I asked if they could get me a number and since they couldn't they went ahead with the exchange. I cant believe the shoes aren't made to last anymore, extremely disappointed.

I found my Homecoming dress there and it is a beautiful store but when I asked one of the shopping assistants about these dresses, she was very unfriendly.

We only had to return one item, and we're sent to the upstairs cashier who were doing the returns. There was a line of about 5, and it took like nearly 15 minutes until we were at the front of the line.

Jcpenney always has good sales! Their merchandise is pretty decent. Their associates are very friendly too. I recommend this retail store. I've been shopping at Jcpenney for years. I will be back!

They had good sales especially in Sephora I got my birthday freebies and a lot more stuff they had a lot of makeup on clearance and then a 30% off coupons so I really got a good deal on my other stuff it was a very nice day they were well stocked and the workers were really nice

Unfortunately staff was limited. Had to do a few laps to find department we were looking for. No signs as to where a open register was located

We went in looking for my Mom some pants, we not only found but purchased 12 pair of pants for Mom. & had the best customer service ever.

Typical department store, I like the xersion athletic wear.but I swear those levi's are on sale all the time, maybe on sale from the mark-up?

Ordered an item for pick up. There was no tracking or info provided for my order, and when it finally showed up it was damaged. So I waited 18 days for nothing. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

I use to love to come to this store. I shop for everyone and myself, now its too depressing to even walk in. Workers still friendly just the store is not making me shop. Not even music playing in background, swap meets feel more welcoming.
