Where did all the cashiers go you have to walk through the whole store trying to find someone can you find a cashier in the line half hour away but the stores empty

The service was amazing. HAKOB went above and beyond. He helped me look for a shirt he even got on his knees searching for the right size. Even went to the back to see if they had any. He was very pleasant Thanks Hakob

Had a sale for jewelry for Mother's Day. Melissa and Claudia in the jewelry department we're very kind to me excellent customer service. They let me know what was on sale.show me two braces and advise me to get the life warranty

I was there two days ago to take a family photo The place was very comfortable and the young man who took the photo was a very skilled and kind person and the photo we took was very beautiful I recommend you to try this studio

Clothes are on sale. A very clean location I felt good shopping 1 hour before closing time. The only thing I don't understand and would hope they consider changing is the restroom locations. The male restroom is on the 2nd floor far to the right side and the female restroom is on the 3rd floor on the left from the elevators. That could be sometimes difficult when you have a family that needs to go at the same time. I must say the sales employee that attended me was amazing great customer service. That's all I have to say about that

Priscelle (sorry if I butchered your name) helped me purchase a gorgeous pair of earrings for my aunts birthday. We had minor slip up but she was able to fix the issue and I left a happy customer!

One of the last Dept. Stores. We just lost Sears. I know all businesses are struggling. I will try to support as much as possible.

The store is very clean and organized now due to not so many customers. They still don't have enough employees, but with even fewer customers they must be hurting. My over all experience today was very pleasant. Easy to find parking now as well. Check ope ing and closing times before you go.

I absolutely love this JC Penney. The prices are really good and the close last a very long time which is why this is one of the few stores that I like to shop for my business attire. I have also fought some comforter sets and sheets here. It specially built for specials. I have used to the photography studio for my family. And I have also gotten glasses here as well. It gets a little busy here so I try to come during non peak hours.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a retail outlet. When you ask to speak to the manager of the Shoe Department, she does not offer any customer service, just wants to win an argument. I will never go to this Penny's again. Most of my clothing and shoe purchases will be done at Kohl's in the future. The staff there makes you feel appreciated.

Clothing in there is real nice and the staff is very nice and helpful.my brother, sister and i were lost i dont know how but the staff looked at us and ask if we neede help they helped us and we are thankful. Good to know how kind people are.

This location is average but the real problem is that they do not have enough sales associates in the cash registers. There's always a huge line and only one or two employees attending the customers. There's really no excuse especially since it's holiday season and you have seasonal hires.

Always loved going to this jcpenney because of the deals.i think they have the bigger big and tall section that i have been in in a while which is a plus since i didn't have a hard time looking for stuff for my husband and his brother. They have good priced items and always get good value here.

Great selection of clothes and very attentive staff. I'm on the bigger side and their big and tall section always has what I need for casual wear and special occasions! Huge selection of clothing for kids of all ages as well.

Found a pair of slacks and belts in the Big and Tall section but would have liked to have found a pair of tech/5 pockets pants but no luck.
