What can you say about J C Penney, it's an American institution! Been going there since 1961! A lot has changed but tbey are still hanging in, somewhat of a constant in a changing world!

Escalators were not operating when I went. Staff was not helpful when I tried looking for the stairs/elevator since I needed to go to the 2nd floor. There are no signs on 2nd floor showing where online pickup is located.

The mannequins at this store are super realistic. I was getting confused if they were real people or not.

Couldn't find cal king sheets they dont stock in store you have to order on line disapointed

My wallet was assaulted at JCPENNEY. Spend $167.56 for 3 items. The worker were meh they kinda help but kinda didn't.
Place is clean.

This JCP store was dirty, disorganized and was poorly stocked. Empty shelves, empty racks. Plus the floor was so dirty. I asked for help from as associate and wS told "it's over there somewhere".

The workers are very friendly and helpful. The suits were really picked over. Left without what we came for because the only thing we found was super expensive.

I went into the local store exclusively to buy Samsonite luggage that they had advertised online. I told them that the Samsonite web page had an offer of $179 for two pieces. They refused to meet that sale price because the luggage that they had there on display was a different color and not the same color as Samsonite webpage. Well all I can say was they didn't make any money off of me. It was a big waste of time going into the local store when I could have just ordered the special on the Samsonite web page for the luggage. Not only that, what they did have there on display, the luggage was all beat up and used did not look new. I don't think I'll ever buy a new luggage from JCPenney.

Great Customer Service The Employees Are Super Nice Never Had A Bad Experience Here! They Really Haven't Had Alot Lately Unless I Come To Often Which Is Possible Lol But The Atmosphere Is Great The Place Is Always Clean And Nice!

I love Jcpenney. Their prices are reasonable and they'll often have various ranges (women's jeans from $20 - $50). I don't often find casual stuff i like here, but it's definitely my go to for work (office) clothes, undergarments, and my husband's go to as well for everything.

Hang in there JCPenney I feel like going to the store feeling the fabric trying on the clothes and seeing what I get before it shipped to my house.
