It has two levels and surprisingly has a lot of people - the portrait is at the second floor, next to optical section by the entrance

Good prices, excellent costumer service, quick attention, sanitized, curbside pick up is quickly around 5 minutes. Good to buy online and pick up in store because it is free.

This is the first time in a long time that I see so many specials on the racks got a $60 dress for $36.00 after tax.

Great friendly customer service. Dresses are on special. I picked on a very nice pink dress for my wife at just $11.00

It seems to me that the majority of items I looked at only had size S & M on the woman's floor.weird! I went for tops, no luck. I was able to purchase capris. I can always find something at JCP! Store clean and sales ladies were all attentive and friendly.

We just left JCPenney optical in Bonita plaza and Mario was our salesperson and he was the most pleasant experience I've ever had getting glasses most knowledgeable person about optical stuff a very good experience

Well what can I say about JCPenney. I found the products I wanted and on discount, that was a plus plus for JCPenney. So I grabbed what I needed headed to checkout. And sorry to say I took 15 minutes in line waiting on 2 customers only before me they cashier handed the phone to 1 customer while the other customer lady was just lolly gagging having I don't know what type of problem with the other cashier. Now, 15 minutes is too excessive. So therefore. Only 3 stars.

Ordered jeans on sale for fraction of price for same ones Amazon! JCP emailed me soon after my order and I picked them up after 5pm on Sunday! Impressive!

The cashier is not customer friendly and not helpful at all. The store is not for senior that has problem with stairs, the escalator going down is not working making it hard to come down to fit (fitting room is closed temporarily- as per notice at entrance) and to pay. Not planning to come back anytime soon.

I was looking for a skirt and pants for my new job. And I'm not sure what is her name but this JCPenney employee helped me so much. Not only did she help me find the skirt and gave me tips to look professional and classic in my new job for tomorrow. I did t get her name but thank you so much.

Rookies on the register upstairs had a line to check out. 15 people. Had to go downstairs just to pay for things in a timely manner

While I was getting ready to check out. Carmen who was working in the Juniors department was so kind and helpful. I haven’t been to that JCPennys in over 5 years and they had new rules and regulations that I was not aware of. She was kind enough to help me anyways since she noticed I was in a hurry. I couldn’t have been happier with her service, plus she I formed me I saved money which was great also! Thank you so much Carmen for helping me while I was rushing for my final project!

We love coming to this particular store because the staff are very friendly and the store is always clean. The store was not too busy and we bought items for summer.

Phones are rarely answered.
Customer service has been lack luster.
With complaints to upper management with no resolution.

Horrible service there are things that say on sale but apparently they never change their signs so it doesn't matter what the sale sign says and they don't keep their word

This Penney's in Plaza Bonita used to be really nice. It looks like a K-mart rummage basement now. In the ladies dress department. Now that they are restructuring. They really need to step it up to stay in business. I will continue to try and support them. ‍️

I have been shopping for a few weeks for a dress and still haven't made the deposit on a dress. BUT this place is amazing. More specifically, I am in love with this bridal shop.

I went at 9: 30 am, not crowed, purchased what I wanted, with quick check out. Store was organized and clean. Lots of merchandise on sale.
