My daughter needed to go in and exchange a dress only. She left me inside of the car w/the car running with air conditioner on because she said it was too hot for me to be outside with her which it was. Staff was Pretty Fast becuz she came out quickly.

I am NOT ok with my daughter sharing a fitting room on the second level.with grown men. Open up the women's fitting room upstairs again. This is gross!

Terrible, I went for my pick-up and girl could find it she gave me someone's else order which was a bra and not the items I order which was mens addidas perfume. And my name is maria order she gave me was Darlene.so Now I have to reorder and see if it's still available and same price

My shopping was great. Tamara helped me in the jewelry department. Bought some great deals.

I purchased a St John's Bay blouse and washed it according to instructions-it shrank. It got short and the sleeves were short. I took it back-no refund. The clerk was adamant-just kept repeating the same thing over. I wanted to buy the blouse in a larger size and the clerk (#0841) would not honor the price I paid for the first blouse. Very unsatisfactory experience. JCP doesn't stand behind its merchandise and is not customer friendly.

JCP responded to this review-and reaffirmed what I wrote. They do not stand by their merchandise and do not honor replacing at the purchasing price-NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY-and I'm a Rewards Member-HA!

Great savings and beautiful selection of wardrobe for all. I especially love the jewelry dept. They are so kind and helpful. A special shout out to sales repair at jewelry dept Maria. She extremely awesome and love her customer service and assistance.

They always have great selection. Sales and especially clearance are great. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

This is a sad story about a company once a great a place to shop. It has been reduced to shopping at a second hand outlet poor customer service presentation of merchandise is a disaster shopping is a labor intensive task not joy.

Great sales. Place clean. Great customer service. Sales racks. U have to look. Ross style. Prices lower than they say on tags sometimes.

My Wife is pleased, she likes the store, so I'm happy to bring her there. Staff is friendly.

Have'nt shopped at Penny's in years.walked in through the mall as a shortcut.stopped at the Jewelry counter to look
. Maria at the fashion fair location is very friendly and knowledgeable.you won't walk away empty handed.

Its JCP & I like their bbw selections. What I DO NOT LIKE is the fact that they mixed their teen plus sized with every other size. It's so hard to shop now. So we are looking for another store for her. My teen barely likes to shop & neither one of us have the option ever to look through all the sizes on a rack or shelf just come up empty handed
