WENT TO PICK UP SHIRTS AS ADVERTISED EMPLOYEES DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL I WAS TALKING ABOUT. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Shopping at JC Penney is like going back 50 years, and realizing why this shopping model no longer work. Check out should never take 30 minutes when only 2 people are in front of you. RIP Department Stores

Very little security, a guy tried to rob us on the ground floor of the parking lot, in front of the store entrance and the whole time we were dealing with him we didn't see any security elements.

JCPenney's is a great store that has a good selection of brands and styles that I love (Liz Claiborne, Worthington and St. John's Bay, ANA) Also they offer a beautiful selection of fine jewelry & watches along with household goods. It's my all in one shop and I visit as often as I can and did I mention the huge clearance sales they are always having, so worth the trip if you go.

There is a wide variety of clothing, shoes, accessories and everything you need for the home.

Was here couldn’t get help in the jewelry department Monique put a different customer before me when I was waiting there longer. A guy with a mustache just looked at me and didn’t even say anything like “ oh we’ll be right with you” nope nothing horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. Left very upset and disappointed.

I wish I had bought those shoes in Palm Desert Mall. Because I get better discounts than the mall

Had problem with my order it didn’t arrive. The manager of the store fixed it in a flash. My fav store
