12The store lacks help or stock. I rarely find what I'm looking for in this location. I usually have to travel down the hill to Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga or across the desert to Palmdale to find a better selection. 08-04-23 Went in to buy sheets and they had a couple, woohoo! They were even on sale and accepted my coupon. Both associates on the west side registers were nice and friendly.
Jewelry department is dirty. Look at the jewelry on the metal racks, they're all dusty and grey. Not white and shiny anymore. Some of the employees need a major attitude upgrade.
It was fine. I will miss it once it goes away. I will really miss all the department stores (don't care for on-line shopping).
Weirdly arranged and not a lot of customer service reps available to assist in finding things.
Jasmine in the makeup department is absolutely fantastic, she is so professional and knowledgeable. She has wonderful customer service. I'll be back to Jcpenny make up department just because of Jasmine!
This place has fallen from what it used to be pre-Covid. The one lasting thing about this store is that it has a Big and Tall section to cater to those who need the bigger sizes, but outside of that, their selection is limited on other clothes and nothing is at a good deal.
Karen in the woman's department was very helpful and had awesome customer service. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. The clothing I purchased is great quality, which is also hard to find.
Lots of cute clothes for many different styles. A bit pricey for some things. They Cary many different sizes for different body shapes and taste.
They have great sales. Surprised to see how up to date the products are, especially the clothing.
It was full because of black Friday. But still organized the girls at check out were pleasant n curious. It'd been a while since I've been there. Definitely going back they helped me get a charge account. A ridiculous amount was given to me I was chocked
There were so many sales here and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to find just what we needed for my dad's funeral. Thank you guys.
