15I bought clothes from other stores. When I bought something here, I put the bag on the ground and the clothes were stolen when I came back.

I found some of what I wanted at the Penney at Arden mall in Sacramento. This JCPenney store is quite large and pretty well stocked.
I CAME IN TO GET A HAIRCUT/SHAMPOO. The girl that cut my hair didn’t even wash my hair but I paid for it. She cut my hair WAY TOO SHORT (not what I wanted) also I came home and had a few long pieces of hair in the back of my head that I had to cut myself to even it out. Would not recommend! ️
Great place to shop if you like waiting over a half hour for price checks. And being asked to leave or the cops are being called when asking for a manager.
This place has the best deals, on pictures. We love it. Awesome deals, and always on Groupon. Love it.
Not the best experience.account was pending approval after several months active, then red flags popped up because I was shopping at store.had to verify transaction. STUPID
Typical JCPenney except I love that they now have a Sephora section. You can get top quality makeup products without even leaving the store.

Hard to find someone to help me in intimates, there's no floor staff you either make a purchase not, and that's where the only help is located in the center of the store
