JCPenney, Citrus Heights CA

It's crazy to be able to watch a business slowly die. It's like blockbuster but they sell clothes and stuff.
Didn't have what I wanted do to it being like an expensive yard sale.

I needed a few blouses and you had them and no problems with shopping or checking out everything went really well and enjoyed the trip.

No one around! Most cash registers were closed! It was basically a "ghost town". There are many more choices for shopping than JCP!

Ordered some clothes through their online clearance sale, and they were very friendly, I didn't hardly wait, and, most importantly, the lady who helped me was just the nicest, helpful person! I will be back, time to get some Sephora glam!

How to go by air fryer not busy at all checked out fast clean store not very busy especially on a Saturday.

Yikes. Goodbye Sunrise Mall. We loved you in the 80s and 90s before DTP or Galleria. Not good JC Penney, store looks great. At a glance. Figure out the new retail game before you all go under; if you haven't already. Because we all still want to like you. Poor. D-

Lazy, inconsiderate, unprofessional employees. Couldn't be bothered to even act like they are at work. Anyone who thinks this place is being run well has no idea what they are talking about. You all are a complete joke.

This JC Penney really has it together. The store is laid out perfectly and its full. The racks are displayed the way all department stores should display their clothing. I like shopping here because its never crowded and the deals are great. I've been to other JC Penney stores and this one is by far the best. Its obviously good management here. The staff is friendly and helpful and they're right next to the food court.bonus!

This store is a lot tidier than the Arden Fair mall and has more petite clothes than Arden Fair. Too bad the store is forever closing.

Needed my glasses that I purchased at JC Penneys fixed. I had knocked a lens out. Took them in and Maria fixed them on the spot. Outstanding customer service. Thanks Maria

I went there when it was late but I must say the selection was pretty good. I was looking for a suit to go to a funeral and it looks like I might get it there. I didn't have enough time to tell for sure yet but I will be there tomorrow to find out. Even though it was late an employee still took there time to help me.

I haven't been to JC Penney in a long time I will go to JC Penney one day, enough about me, I want to hear from you, For those you who like J C Penney It's completely up to you if you want to go to this store you have the choice on what you are looking for to shop for.

The customer service is awful and the cashiers are incredibly slow. I've seen cashiers hold conversations with customers after processing orders and other customers were waiting in line. Any time you express your concerns, none of the employees seem to care.

I like JCPenney's so munch more than Kohl's. Their prices are much better and the employees are so much more helpful!
I was able to get 3 tank tops, 2 pairs of yoga tights, and a sweater jacket for under $70!

They cleaned my ring for me, and I always go here for repairs on my jewelry and they always do an amazing job! Looks brand new ;) They have even resized rings etc for me! Very happy! Plus they always have affordable trendy clothes! (excuse my bad spray tan LOL)

Really cool place! I love shopping here because of the coupons. Christmas shopping here is soo fun! Bought earrings for my sisters. The price was only 16 dollars! For 5 pairs!

Took an item to return but it was actually from Walmart. The cashier showed me the tag and just laughed. We both did. Lol then I bought a sweater. Got $10 off and 20% so it was a good time.

Even though they were busy, an employee was still able to help me. They were having some great sales today. There were some long lines at the registers but there were several employees working to keep the lines moving. I will continue to shop here in the future eventhough I don't go here often. I only ho here when I need something specifically.

Absolutely awful, was. 04 cents from a 25% off coupon and I couldn't just grab a candy to make it over 100.00 to get my discount. She insisted it had to be a garment? So I basically got no discount. Terrible customer service!

Great deals and easy access. This location has so many entrances it's easy to get in and out. Even a few days prior to Christmas I had a great experience jumping in licking up some gifts and jumping right back out. And did I mention great deals!
