First timer but great store experience, clothes fit are perfect and associates are great and ready for help. Store ambiance is good and great service.
3 stars because the STAFF is really friendly BUT the store manager of this story is extremely pompous and unpleasant. The store itself has an extremely limited selection of clothing compared to other JCrew stores. Overall just really disappointing.
This location always has such kind and friendly staff, even though it can be quite busy here. I'd love to specifically thank Ace for being so patient and helpful when he was assisting me in finding a suit. You're a credit to the shop, Ace!
This fabulous store at Stanford is truly my favorite place to shop
But i have to admit things have changed since the pandemic
Costumer service over the phone is awful i was on hold for almost 40 minutes
After that I called back and the young lady who answered said
Ohhh sorry I send another associate to look for the item
Anyway let me call you back
Finally I called back late that afternoon and a very professional gentleman Cesar answered my called and my problem was solved
He knew exactly what I was talking about
So if you shop there
Ask for this fabulous guy
Just plain professional
I wish every store could have a Cesar
Nice store! I'm a visitor from PA. First time there and I enjoyed the sales and the atmosphere of the mall.
