6Came here for the Melinda Maria pop-up. Left with a handful of beautiful goodies and was so inspired by Melinda. Love that J Crew had such an exciting collab with Melinda Maria
The manager told us that this was a “no promotion” store so they don’t do sales. Usually J. Crew runs great deals so this is a big ripoff. I won’t be shopping here because of this.
Ones in awhile I shop here at century city store, but there is always the same employee, and I found out his name is NELSON who creates negative atmosphere by disrespectful vocabulary to his peers and customers. This kind of NEGATIVE attitude and BEHAVIOR as NO business in a store like JCREW. Nelson, creates an unpleasant shopping experiences and I have heard other customers complain as well.
Brought my items up to the register to check out, the cashier (who I’m assuming is a manager) took them from me, set them on the table and turned his back to me and started to talk his employees on his walkie talkie— telling each employee to go on break and such. He literally forgot I was there one second after grabbing my items… the employee next to him was so puzzled by what was going on so she stepped in to help me. I hate this place, I literally only go out of necessity and the service sucks each time.
I'm very disappointed with store manager/director Gavin, he says one thing and does the opposite. He doesn't have social skills.
Very well maintained store. Nice selection of merchandise despite its smaller size. Professional and attentive managers and staff.
