Jean Dousset and his entire team made purchasing my engagement ring a dream experience. Throughout my ring search I’ve had many consultations with jewelers in LA/OC and can confidently say that the craftsmanship of the engagement ring is unparalleled and best in class. My ring is extremely well made, with every detail perfect. It feels sturdy but looks beautifully dainty at the same time.

The staff was so on point with every in-person consultation and email. Special thanks to Jessica (and Irene) - incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, warm, and engaged. The process was so enjoyable I was sad when the ring was finalized! The showroom and boutique are the epitome of classy elegance.

After almost a year and half I get to write a review! Me and my now Fiancé travel full time and spend a lot of time together near each other. In the the two months that I went from ordering to them making the ring and shipping it out to me, it was so smooth and easy I just couldn't believe it.
